The gentleman who was working there was very friendly, professional and helpful. He informed me with the possible problem and said come back tomorrow if that doesn't work. Within the next few hours my phone was working again. My cellular phone was not receiving any service after my family and myself just payed the bill over the phone first thing in the morning the day before I came into boost mobile, so it had been going on about one and a half days at that point.Thank you Boost Mobile!!!

Maximum NASTY franchise. Low end phones, uninformed untrained employees who don’t understand anything technical to do with the product they sell. They don't sell SIM cards.
