I called BOB STEEL Chevrolet first thing in the morning needing an oil change they said that they could take care of me at 9 o’clock. I arrive on time and they promptly did the necessary paperwork and had me in properly. Everything was done and I was on my way promptly, they did an excellent job as always.

They have always treated me good. This time I was out in a little over an hour and I like that they don’t pressure me in to having anything done. They let me know what needs to be done and leave it at that.

Service was horrible and it took days for respond and I have to take my vehicle twice paying over 5K for the same issue I don’t recommend it !!

Everyone was very polite and service very prompt. Only thing, wish you would have car wash machine repaired, it has been “broke” for months!

Again, I have had to bring in my 2019 Chevy Bolt for steering repairs. All of the people are 5 stars service.
I only wished that my extended warranty which I paid $2,800 back in 2019 would have covered it.
