We just had a battery replaced and Richard was amazing. It was difficult to get the old battery out and he was very patient and fortunately was able to finish the task and get the new battery in. We stopped at Advance Auto Parts across the street first and the two workers were outside smoking, seemed aggravated that we were there for service & then said they couldn’t change the battery because of computer issues. Don’t waste your time there, go straight to Auto Zone! Thank you Richard!

I went there in May 17th and the 2 guys working there in the evening were amazing, kind and helpful and most patient guys they helped me find a solution and saved me some money in the end l. Great guys I did not get their names which I should have.

I ask a lot of questions, that being said if I wish to ask something about a part or even something I'm working on vehicle-wise, I'd hope to be able to find out some type of information. Lately, the more and more I've used Autozone the more and more people don't have any answers for me. The wrong information can be detrimental to a vehicle. Hope AZ steps up their game otherwise I'm jumpin ship.

They were very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They had my parts ready when I arrived at the store . They also checked my car codes for free and did it with a smile on their face. Will definitely be a return customer?

These guys are pretty good. Always try to go the extra mile to get things done and done right. Prices are really nice and the warranties are really held up. Out of all the Auto places around this one gets a 5 outta 5...

Anytime I come to autozone everyone is super nice and informative today I went and Robert L was working. He’s not very friendly he expected me to drive on the sidewalk which I wasn’t going to do because of 10 little raindrops literally at the time,so I ended up checking my own engine light codes which no biggie it takes only a second to do and when he went to print them out he said absolutely nothing just handed me papers. Everyone else I give 5 stars because everyone else working today had a1 customer service ! Robert it’s just water !?
