This guy is amazing… calm, cool and collect. I was stuck in a parking lot. A person overheard me struggling to find a tow truck to get me to a dealer and referred me to him. He was super busy but managed to get to me within 20 min. Picked up my truck and delivered it to the dealership. He also supports military and gave me a veterans discount. I hope I never need a tow truck again but I wish more businesses were run with his demeanor and professionalism. Thank you Big Toe.Service: Special vehicle towing

I was stuck on the side of 528 at 7:00am in the morning. So, it was understandable that no towing company could get to me immediately. This being the case, I thought that it was worthwhile to use the time to call around and, not only see whose turnaround was a little lessened, but who could offer me a decent price. At around 7:30am, I was quoted $175.00 by Big Toe Towing.A truck arrived about an hour later, around the time that I was told. The guy was friendly enough and towed me to the nearest mechanic about 12 miles away. When we arrived there, he told me that the charge would be $225.00. When I stated that the dispatcher on the phone had told me $175.00, he replied that I was not located where I had said I was located. I had told the dispatcher that I was estimating my location and the roadway that was most recently behind me (where the driver would have had to enter) was correct, making no difference in the mileage that the tow truck had to travel. This was wildly infuriating but there was nothing that I could do since the man was in possession of my car keys.This was a clear case of bait and switch. Horrible. Shame on them!!

Sean, sorry for the lateness. While traveling from Baltimore, MD to Miami, I had a wheel bearing explode on i-95S in Cocoa Fl. I was referred to A BIG TOE TOWING by Matt McAuley from Bob Steele Chevrolet. Not only did Sean arrive earlier that he stated, he stayed with me at the dealership until the vehicle was checked in. Sean then drove me to the hotel several miles away and offered to wait and take me to a restaurant. That is way above excellent customer service.Sean and his company A Big Toe Towing was professional and accommodating. Nobody likes being broken down on a road trip but Sean was my "angel" that day. I was helped by two individuals and unfortunately did not catch their names. After getting into an accident and needed tow services, both were compassionate and professional in helping me retrieve my personal items from my car, I was overwhelmed and would have overlooked items but they each helped me search my car, reassured me I didn’t need to rush and ensured I got everything. They even assisted in helping me get my kayak racks off. I am beyond grateful for their kindness while dealing with an extremely difficult and scary situation.Service: Car towing

Called at 10pm he said he would arrive in 2 hours. We waited the whole 2 hours and he never showed up or answered his phone calls. we were calling around until somebody finally picked up at 1am

At this point only 1 star as I can not reach the Big Tow company as their mail box is full. I need to talk to them about my daughters car.
