The store is supposedly open until 6 pm, but my husband stopped by today at 5 pm and the doors were locked and blocked. The sign didn't even have hours on it for Sunday, but the Google page does. I enjoy getting hair from here, but they should keep up with their hours.

Wouldn’t let me come in with my service dog, the woman working said “dogs aren’t allowed here.” I told her my dog is a service dog (my dog has a vest on that clearly says this. My dog is also harnessed to me.)She told me I can’t come back without papers. This is illegal to ask/demand and I told her this. She told me she didn’t care and we can’t come back without papers.I hope and pray this woman can be kinder to other disabled people.

CHANGE THE TIME ONLINE!! DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND IT WAS CLOSED!! DOES NOT CLOSE AT 8:30 ON SATURDAYS.Updated review: First review was almost 2 yrs ago. Today is September 5th, 2023 and I've been here since 11:00 and it is now 12:09. The sign says 'we'll be back in 30 minutes'. So far, it's been 2-30 mins plus some. Today was the last time that I come to this store. I drove all the way from Patrick AFB to show up at a place that's closed with an open sign up. I get it, they pray at times, and I respect that. But don't say 30 minutes if you're going to be gone longer. It's an inconvenience to the people who keep you in business. I will never come back here and I hope other customers that I saw pull on the door do the same.

Store opens at 9am Sundays, it’s 9:40am and the lights are off, store is closed…??? Please update store hours if you are not going to open as shown.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was in 6th grade and I’m 34 never had a bad experience always greeted and treated with respect and always been given outstanding customer service very helpful and patient this by far is my favorite hair store.

Great selection of hair products. Extensions and wigs. Lost a star because the extensions were a little pricey. I don't have a lot of experience with them so not sure if overpriced just out of my range.

I've been going here for years and nene had a bad experience.When you walk in, someone always greets you.They have an awesome selection of merchandise to choose from, and their prices are the best in Central Brevard.I like their hair accessories, jewelry, makeup, brands of synthetic and real hair, and wigs. Sometimes they sell shoes, too!
