I have been a WF Bank customer since 1998. I have certainly had my ups and downs with them over the 26yrs, I just wanted to give the staff of this CB Branch an A. I will almost always choose this branch over anither that's much closer to my home and business simply due to the service provided. Thank you for your small town charm.

UPDATE:Wells Fargo contacted me. They DID provide a conflict resolution to my issue and compensated me accordingly. Communication is key. I am adjusting the stars I previously gave because this speaks volumes.PLEASE BEWARE OF FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY! For the past two months I have been cashing my checks at this branch. Every time I have cashed my check I was told by four different teller I should open an account with them and one of the main perks would be same day mobile deposits. I decided to open an account and the morning I received my check I used my mobile deposit option. At lunch time, I checked my account and no funds were available. I called the customer care line to enquirer about my funds. I was told by the teller, same day funds are NOT guaranteed and sometimes only partial funds are available. At no time was I told this. Not once the multiple times I was enticed or at the time of setting up my account. I explained this to the teller, further explaining i was on my lunch break at work had no money to get lunch and had no gas in my tank to get home. I was told there was nothing to be done and funds would not be released. I asked to talk to her supervisors, at this point I’m hysterical crying and again explain my situation telling her I have no food and will have to stay over night at work because I can’t get home. I was again told nothing could be done. I asked to speak with her supervisor. I was told the only one higher than her was making a complaint but no one is going to release funds. So I filed a complaint and again explained my situation in a full panic attack. I requested to have a call back to explain the actions taken to resolve this issue so this NEVER happens to anyone else. I was told they handle all issues internally and they will not provide an answer to how this issue was solved. They apologized I had no money to eat or that I would have to stay at work until funds were released and refused to do anything further. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!

Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. The employees have no idea what they’re doing, they were constantly asking each other questions making it difficult to complete a transaction.

UPDATE: I complained about the below situation and they made it right, refunding the fees and giving us a bonus check to boot. Kudos to Wells Fargo, who has been doing other things I like as I have bought and sold cars and a travel trailer at their branches.We opened an account including a credit card. Since we travel to Europe frequently, I asked the question -- "Do you charge conversion fees overseas?" Answer -- No we don't. We just returned from 2 months in Europe and discovered hundreds of dollars of such fees.This bank was fined billions of dollars for dishonest dealing. So much for thinking they had changed their spots.

I have had a sizable amount of money in this bank waiting to make a home purchase for a couple of years. Every time I have went to the branch here there is always an issue waiting. This time I called for a proof of funds letter. It is 11:45 AM it only takes a few minutes to type a letter, but the banker says I'm going to Lunch so you can go to another branch or he can call me when he gets back from lunch! I am done with Wells Fargo and will be moving my money to a bank that appreciates my deposits.

Great example of not wanting to earn your business - Withdrew from their ATM during normal business hours but only had small bills - I went into the adjoining branch and requested to exchange for larger denominations - they refused since I have no account with them. So they are willing to charge me a $3 ATM fee and "do business with me" but not extend a traditional bankers courtesy? Wells Fargo you will never get my business.

Worst customer service in my entire life. I had my grandmother's deposit slip trying to deposit CASH in her account.. teller rudely refused to let me do so because I don't have a Wells Fargo account. Telling me I had to use a check or money order due to fraud.. umm isn't cash safer than a check ? She very rudely refused to allow me to purchase a money order because I do not have a Wells Fargo account. When I'm home tonight I'm talking my grandmother into going back to bank of America. Bank of America allows me to deposit into her account no issues and much treatment. Gramma has a couple of very large sum accounts with Wells Fargo. They're loosing a very valuable customer.

Went there to open a business account and Mr Joshua Hoover costumer service was exelent. This banker is knowledged, reliable, willing to help you and easygoing.
Guys like this make great business.

Wells Fargo Bank would not let me deposit $100 cash (5 $20s) into my daughter's account today. I was trying to give her a birthday gift and she lives across the country so we agreed I'd just deposit it to her account. Nope, nada, "You could be laundering money - we don't accept cash from people like you!" Really, I work next door to this branch, used to have an account here myself (until they did a huge screw up and quit claimed a property back to Wells Fargo 2 days after closing - ooops - this prompted me to close my account). So, they know me, but can't accommodate a simple birthday gift. They refused to talk to my daughter on the phone to confirm the transaction, so I mailed it and now it will be late. My best advice for Wells Fargo current and future customers is "You can do better! You deserve better!" Try another bank or be forewarned they are not customer centered.
