***disclaimer**** the previous review attached was for the location down the street! Not meant for this location**** When I tell you this is the best Publix location I have ever been to in my life.. believe it! :) I just moved down the street and have been to this location already dozens of times. First let me start off by saying I've been faithfully a publix customer my whole life all up and down Florida, and service is a huge deal to me... Which is why I shop at Publix. This Publix is on another level of amazing service. I would go as far as to say that this one is the prime example of what this brand stands for. The Staff is so friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful, efficient and professional while still being personal. If you've ever seen the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast where Belle is shopping in the Town square and it's this fairy tale experience.. That's the best way I can describe it... I don't even feel like this place is in the same dimension as the rest of the world. I go there and buy things just because I like to be there in between my major shopping necessities. That's how freaking great it is. I have not had one negative experience at this store. It's hit or miss at a lot of Publix locations depending on where you're going what time of day,... I've been to some pretty bad ones... The one right down the street is awful... But even if I moved all the way back to Indian Harbor/Satellite Beach I would likely drive all the way down to this one every time. What a great team they have here and what a great example of this store sets. I HOPE THE WHOLE STAFF KNOWS HOW MUCH THEY ARE APPRECIATED!

Publix hardly ever disappoints, though I have had issues with specific things in the past. In any case, ordered a birthday cake for our upcoming visit and went to Publix to pick it up; however, we went to the wrong Publix! The person who helped us in the bakery was very nice. He said that people get the two Publix's mixed up quite often, specifically since they are on the same road. He proceeded to call the other Publix to make sure they had our order, which they did! LOL. Great customer service, which we certainly appreciated!

Clean & organized. Easy to find what I needed. Plenty of parking. Nice wine selection with many mark downs. Love their healthy snack options. My wrap was really good. Customer service was friendly & fast. No complaints.

Really clean and well maintained. There's someone to help you at self checkout at all times. The chicken tender sandwich was everything I had heard about. Huge meal for $10!

Everyone is super friendly. Teri caught my eye though. I really hope she's working because she wants to work. Give the lady a chair to sit while she bags that's the least this company can do for her God bless her

So there is an app for your phone called Fetch Rewards where if you scan any type of receipt and you are rewarded cash. We scan every receipt we can. While in Publix in Cocoa Beach we went through the self checkout and there was quite a few receipts in the trash cans. These receipts become abandoned when the person leaves them and they are trash. An employee named Evelyn got extremely mad when she saw us in the trash and ripped the trash can out of my husbands hands and said we could not use them. They are trash, they choose not to shred them. They will end up in a land fill eventually so what is the big issue? We will never go back to this store. They need to establish protocol for the abandoned receipts and teach Evelyn some people skills

This Publix is immaculately beautiful from the floors to the bathrooms to the arrangements. These employees and leader ship must truly take pride in their work because everything looked picture perfect. So, I took some pictures! Loved the purse hanger not on the bathroom door and with a covering, very secure.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Such a long line to get Publix subs on a beach day. The stressful part was that there signs were wrong in store. They had a BOGO sign for an item and rang them both up as full price. We told them about the sign and they just said that the sign was wrong. I would have thought that Publix would honor their mistake but I guess not at this location

Every time we're in Florida we shop at Publix. Good selection of fruits and vegetables, meats, dairy etc. The stores are very clean, well lit and just about everywhere in the state. If you shop at Kroger or Albertsons or other large markets you'll feel right at home at Publix.

Great local grocery store with everything you need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always greet you while in the store. Staff assist cashiers with bagging your groceries and will help you to your car if you need assistance. Store is always clean and stocked. Carts are cleaned up and returned and never stacked up on the lot or sitting around. Both locations on the island are a great option for your grocery needs as well as beach necessities.

Clean grocery store. Has everything you need. Was open late New Years Eve. Very friendly staff! Highly recommended.
