The team at Premium Properties in Cocoa Beach is beyond helpful. I’ve been wanting to invest in some property and found the right spot. Although George Ziegler was my agent several agents and staff members spoke to me and were super respectful. Will definitely be working with the staff of Premium Properties for all future property investments of mine.

I have come across a lot of people but no so bad than George Ziegler of premium properties. We were having a deal to purchase a property in Titusville and George Ziegler was not at all keen in sharing the information about the property, the taxes that were involved etc. and he was more into making big commission by offering the property that was not at all worth the price. He is a bad Realtor and a biggest cheater. Never buy or rent the house from premium properties or else you can land yourself in a big trouble.

Mitch Skubak is the biggest example of the unethical Realtor one can ever be. He cheated me while he sold a property to me in Cocoa. He didn’t give me enough information about the property and the taxes that are involved with it. Moreover, he never entertained me even after a lot of phone calls as well as Email reminders. What more should I say to this man- once a cheater, always a cheater! Don’t have a deal with Mitch Skubak or this agency.

I wouldn’t use this agent again. I was interested in a rental. Explained my situation and told her I was interested. She told me that she would contact the owner and tell him. I was told by her we could wait until the following Monday and we would proceed. I contacted to proceed earlier than we agreed. She only responded back in a text and said it was already rented. I had to contact her to find out. I believe she never attempted to contact the owner and tell them I was going to rent it. I’m very disappointed that this agent couldn’t keep her word. I’m from Texas and your word means a lot.
Too bad. If I could give a lower rating I would. If the owner of this agency wants to contact me I’m available. Ask Susan Etters for my contact information.
