I feel so grateful and blessed that I found Suzi!! She's exceptionally talented, very sweet and kind, and really listened to what I was requesting for a new haircut. The salon is very cozy and clean, as well!

I'm sure these ladies do a wonderful job on hair, but their professionalism is questionable. I stopped in to see about making an appointment because no one answered the phone upon multiple attempts to contact them. I sat in the front area for over 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, yet was not acknowledged once - even when one of the ladies came over to greet another lady who walked through the door, who clearly already had an appointment. Poor customer service in this respect. I'm new to the area and trying to find a good hair salon. was excited about this one until experiencing first-hand how little they care about "the others."

Jackie did an excellent job on my hair color and cut! I am from Michigan and haven't been this happy with my hair in a very long time. I come to Cocoa Beach often and will be going back to Jackie whenever I am here because I know my hair will be done right by someone who knows what they're doing!
