“I will say that the only reason this is a 5 star is because a specific person. Vivian is a float phlebotamist. I have never had a person care so much about my well being, not to mention she is the only one that can draw blood from me. Vivian is a very professional and effective blood drawer. I will keep coming back to quest as long as Vivian works for the company. This is not to say that the other phlebotamist there are not nice or anything of that nature. This is just giving credit we're it's due. Thank you Vivian I don't know what I would do with out you”

“There are a few people that gave a not so favorable review. For example, the lady that complained of a long line during “lunch”??. Common sense tells me, this is a very busy part of the day. I have been going to this lab for a few years and never had issues. The staff has been professional and the process is quick for normal blood work. If it is out of pocket, I highly recommend this facility! Quest is 10x more expensive. I spent $75 compared to Quest $800+ charge. Quest is ridiculously more expensive. Unless they use gold plated needles and treat you to a steak and lobster meal afterwards, I would strongly recommend going to Steward Blood Lab!”

“The lab tech that helped me and my family was very kind. I would give her a 5/5LabCorp as a company needs to step up. These corporations are banking off our insurances and they pay their employees garbage and make them travel to locations to draw blood even before they start their shift. They have them over booked and over burdened. You can clearly see how fast they are trying to work to keep up with the demand. They need more employees, larger space to accommodate patients, and better pay. The employees can only do so much. Clearly Labcorp is greedy and doesn’t care about their employees which can reflect down to the customer. The employees that care are the ones keeping people coming back. It’s not their management that is doing that.”

“I stopped into the urgent care while on vacation with an ear infection, and since I was a non-resident, the NP recommended a pharmacy in the same plaza because it's fast and friendly. She was 100% right! The pharmacy was hands down better than any chain. I had a slight issue with my Rx insurance and they helped me figure it out. Highly recommended both Cocoa Beach Discount Pharmacy and Cocoa Beach MedFast Urgent Care.”
