Absolutely loved our stay here. The service and location cannot be beat. Never had a better breakfast at an inn or hotel. Immediate access to the beach- they even loan you chairs, towels and an umbrella! Walking distance to some great restaurants (Long Doggers) and for shopping at Ron Jon. No kids and no pets at this place, I didn't know this until after I booked but I gotta say it was sure nice for a change. Super friendly staff and even some macaws near the front that greet you. What more can I say about this place, it truly enhanced our adventure in cocoa beach! Would stay there again.

Best keeps secret in Cocoa Beach, awesome RBnB stile service, well mantained and a fantastic spot. And you can watch rockets launching from NASA Cape Canaveral space center.

An old English styled B&B with very basic room amenities devoid of any electrical appliances in-room except small TV, extremely clean and well maintained rooms and guest areas, comfortable spring beds, very good daily room cleaning service, friendly and welcoming staff but not very warm at first, good breakfast quality and seating decor, not so good coffee or tea (Starbucks is nearby), very close to the beach (less than 2 mins walk), rooms with ocean views only, 2 Macaus on site (really cool), excellent and well maintained pool areas, quite surroundings but rooms have very noisy AC blowers and not so insulated walls (Could hear other guests snoring and their conversations at times), decent TV programs but no Netflix etc., no pets allowed, mostly favorable for couples only.
We were looking for a pleasant but different hotel experience and we got it. We overall enjoyed our stay here.

I'm just leaving the Inn today and had a wonderful experience a few days here. I flew down to see a space launch and stayed here. The inn is what I'd refer to as a boutique hotel. It's quaint and personable. The hotel is small, some areas could use updating like the rugs on the stairs and hallway BUT this is a hotel on the beach with saltwater exposure so this I don't mind, it was not dirty or musty or anything. Now the room I stayed in was immaculate and updated, this is what matters. There was a wall vase with a real rose in the beautiful bathroom, the sheets were crisp and clean, the bed comfortable and the ocean view was incredible from my balcony. The room has distressed antique look with nice decor. The hotel is adults only, so it's quiet and clean. The grounds are well kept and lovely, flowers, 2 resident hotel dogs, 2 parrots and some months butterfly garden enclosure I hear. The pool is clean and they play relaxing music outside feels like a spa. There are fountains all over and ypu hear the beautiful water everywhere as well as the ocean which is through some vegetation on a Boardwalk, 1 min walk, they lend you umbrellas and beach chairs to use free. There's a shuffleboard court and a putting green for fun. Ok so here's the only complaint but not really bc it didn't matter at all, the room has no personal fridge, coffee pot or microwave which I'm used to BUT the hotel does have a common area where at any hour you can get coffee or tea, it has a honor system bar and fridge with cold drinks that you take as needed and fill out a slip to be charged to your room. There is fresh cooked breakfast each morning, this morning I had the best muffin I've ever eaten, a small quiche with ham and cheese, fresh fruit bowl and the coffee was wonderful, and fresh squeezed oj. There was a boil your own egg bar and a yogurt bar as well. There is a rooftop deck where I watched the launch from. I believe they have a lounge with a pool table too. There are all these little nooks to hang out in, inside with AC, a breezeway, outside little corners, seems like there's nobody here but you sometimes. They have a cheese social hour each night. This was truly a lovely experience and I really recommend staying here if you're traveling without children. There is such a lovely personal touch here like you've been whisked away to paradise, a very different experience than a corporate, giant hotel which I'm used to.

Great Hotel! The rooms are clean and well sized, the pool is great and clean, the hotel is right on the beach, and they offer the best breakfast we had at a hotel in a long time.
The staff is incredibly friendly and help you with anything you might need. The short distance to the launch sites and viewing plattform are great for rocket watching.

I booked this hotel through a popular travel sight weeks in advance for two nights. Immediately upon arrival at 7pm at night I was informed that they DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN at this hotel. My husband, 1 year old son and I would have to find somewhere else to go. When I confronted the desk clerk with photos of a child in their pool on their google reviews, she told me “They might be the owner’s family”. The travel site I booked with was not aware of this policy. It should be made clear on their website and on all other travel platforms that they DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN. The front desk lady put-on as if she wanted to help me. She became ruder as she refused to follow through on her attempts to offer me fake help and saw I wasn’t going away. The policy is fine, but people should be made aware that NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED at this Inn. While in the lobby trying to call the travel sight, an older couple came down and requested maintenance because their room had no air condition. The front desk lady said sorry no maintenance here tonight they would have to wait overnight in Florida in a hot room. They asked for a different room, and she didn’t even offer them the one I was refused… smh

Beautiful small hotel located in a very quiet area. The staff is very friendly. Direct access to the sea is a big plus, with chairs available for the beach. We enjoyed wine & cheese as an aperitif at 5 p.m. Breakfast is simple but effective. The pool is clean and very quiet. The room was clean. Parking is free which is nice. Rather well located 20 minutes walk from the Pier or a few minutes by car from the main shops.

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is home away from home for me and my husband! We would never consider staying anywhere else while in Cocoa Beach. The Inn is NOT your typical hotel. But if you like that, then the Hampton Inn, La Quinta, etc. are right down the road. At The Inn, there are no refrigerators or coffee makers in the room but they have the Honor Bar. And the breakfast is not steamed scrambled eggs out of a bag or heavily processed bacon/sausage. Instead, Kathy and staff are super sweet and provide a unique breakfast experience. Most days there are 2 options of mini quiche, always the Sunrise Muffins, fresh fruit, orange juice/coffee, breads of your choice, cereal/granola with milk and/or yogurt and the boiled egg station where the eggs have numbers written on them; you drop your egg in the hot water, remember your number and go back for your egg after it's reached the soft or hard-boiled stage. Of course children and pets are not welcome - it's not called "The Quiet Place" for no reason! And yes, while you cannot bring your pets, The Inn has Lucy and Lilly - 2 of the cutest dogs ever - and they lay around at the front desk most of the time and are ultra friendly. There are also 2 macaws who do not fly but rather stay perched in the breezeway most of the time and they say "hello" and "goodbye" - they are so cute! I can't imagine even attempting to find a different hotel for our Cocoa Beach get aways! This place would have to do a complete 180 for me to change my mind about it being the absolute best place to stay in Cocoa Beach!! We also bring plenty of ziploc bags to store food in because yes, sometimes there are those little white sugar ants and that cannot be avoided easily during certain times of year in Florida.
Rooms: No fridge - no coffee maker - get a small cooler if you need to keep things cold.
Nearby activities: Super close to the beach, Ron Jon, putt-putt, restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier!
Safety: The only shady area is the little part behind 7-11 and sometimes the 7-11 itself. As a female, I wouldn't wonder around there too much at night by myself but I've never felt unsafe in that area.
Walkability: Super close to the beach, Ron Jon, putt-putt, restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier!
Food & drinks: Breakfast is great! The Honor Bar has everything you need for non-alcoholic drinks as well as beer, wine and anything/everything you would need to make yourself a cocktail!
Noteworthy details: If you prefer standard hotel stays, The Inn may not be the place for you. It's unlike any other place we've ever stayed and we love it!

A true gem of a place in every way. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks exactly as pictured online- clean, quaint, and ideally located within walking distance to plenty of shops and dining. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the pier. The property and rooms were pristine, and it was super easy to access the beach- just steps away from the hotel! They offer beach chairs and umbrellas to use which is super convenient. Complimentary fresh breakfast is offered every morning, too. We can't wait to come back soon.

My husband and I (late 20s from Miami) absolutely adored The Inn! It felt like taking a trip to grandma’s beach house, with all the comforts of home and all the luxuries of a beach resort (and it looks exactly like the photos). The pool deck is so relaxing and you can hear the sound of the waves crashing while you sit on your balcony! The breakfast is literally homemade and delicious! The Inn is a wonderful place and a true gem of Cocoa Beach.
