In all the Harley Davidson stores we have been to, this one by far has been the worst. The store manager was so rude. She was extremely rude to us and to her employee. When I mentioned her rudeness she informed me she was the store manager. I think it would be beneficial for the corporate office to send her to some customer service classes.

We personally didn’t find any shirts that we didn’t already have or that we just really had to have but the staff was really friendly.

We were in town for a few days.
We walked in to buy our pet something.
We ask the older blonde (I think she was a manager), if there was anything for pets at this location.
She said, no... Then walked away rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Today around 12:30.
As a former employee for both palm Bay and cocoa beach as one of the directors. I would have thought better from this location. I guess not...
I have over 250,000 emails of subscriers around the country. And guess what.
I'm letting them know how rude space Coast Harley Davidson has become and head over to Orlando location where customers will be treated better.

I was visiting town and urgently needed to use the bathroom but the store I was in did not have one. So the next closest place was the Harley Davidson store. It was pouring rain outside so I quickly entered. I was greeted with the overwhelming smell of alcohol and cigarette smoke. The two ladies running the place were clearly intoxicated and nothing but rude. I asked if they had a bathroom I could use and one lady asked if I was a customer. I said "no" and explained my situation ending with "so can I use the bathroom" and the lady behind the counter said "honestly, I'd really rather you not". I may not have been a customer at the moment but I certainly never will be after that interaction. It was completely unnecessary.

My husband and I came in today around 2:00 pm ! The two ladies that were working were both absolutely amazing - kind - informative and just both sweethearts ! We spent over 300 but the merchandise was exactly what we wanted ! Great service - friendly girls - exceptional merchandise - we will be back when ever we come back to Florida for a visit

Great little place to grab some swag. It's not as big, of course, as the big stores, but it's nice to have one close to the port. The staff were very friendly.

Nice little Harley in Cocoa Beach. Shirts start around $35 for the basic tees and poke chips are $4. It’s a tourist town so there’s some fun, unique shirts with beach scenes. No motorcycles, but there are other Harleys nearby if you want a bike.
