What he said below.. totally ripped me off. Sold me silver chains that tarnished as fast as I bought it. Made me break out in hives and was advised it was my body lotion. So I tried it with real nice silver and didn’t break out in hives. That tells me something about their jewelry. Also ripped me off on a necklace claiming it was stainless steel which it was not. Highly overpriced. Fake friendliness. Gold diggers.

They appear to be friendly and nice to overcompensate for their terrible products. I exchanged gold for silver which was my mistake. But he gave me a good price so I purchased two charms that were overpriced $125. So I had to get chains. I got two silver snake I believe chains. Well they turn nasty and one always has black on it when you clean it like mold. It made me break out in hives. I could sue them if I wanted to but I pissed they sell old antique chains because she told me it was my fault my detergent my perfume. I didn’t change any of that but bought better quality silver and I haven’t broke out since… she really didn’t want to do a refund.

Took a ring in for repair... Took a month to get it back... Charged me $100... Repair failed in 2 days..... Would not issue a refund..... Was rude.... Unprofessional

I'm pretty disappointed. I took my watch for an easy repair and instead of replacing the pin, he straightened it and reused it. The second time I wore it, the pin bent and the watch fell off.

Took my earrings here to fix some damage and they lost them. After waiting several months they replaced the earrings with a new pair that didn’t even look like my old pair and still charged me. They never even apologized and there prices are very high. I will definitely not go back.

Had the best experience i could hope for being from out of town. Friendly, Helpful, patience with my situation. Great conversation as they replaced the band on my Luminox watch.I will definitely return when back in town to see what I can purchase from them.

Great place to get you watch repaired or a new battery.some jewelry for sale. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach. Do call before going as hours may be limited based on how busy it is.
