The worst metro store in the US ! They workers never answer the phone , they never know nothing about the phones if you’re having a problem ! They are lazy as hell ! This store was better 3 years ago ! will be glad when this store close down ! Save yourself the trouble to either switch to boost or drive out of Clewiston

Boy look at all the all the bad reviews not surprising cuz mine's going to go that way too I have been trying for 2 weeks to just get simple answers to my question answered I've had to call Metro four times even customer service tried to with no resolution and apparently there is absolutely no way to talk to the manager I really think don't have one .I guess he or she only comes in on Saturdays. And you can only find that out if you happen to get them on the phone after you call 50 times and happen to catch them one of the times Also they really don't honor any of metros promotions no matter what their signs say the store hours of 9-7 is false many times the doors locked and nobody's in there. So if the manager (if you exist) of that store would please shoot me an email that would be greatly appreciated because if not I'm about to leave Metro permanently. If you are new to the area do not use this store.

We have been trying to get a new phone for a week and the employees hang out at the barber shop and when they finally come back to the store tell people the system is down every time we go and they never answer the phone when you call ?

Went to get a new phone and add a line. Received no itemized breakdown of charges and manager refused to give me one, saying they don’t do that then changing story and saying the machine is broken. He then told me to return my purchase and leave. There’s so much more to it but long story short, terrible experience.

I went into the Metro store switch from Boost on the 9th of this month notice the speaker don't work went back to the store. First young man told me my cover was the problem I ?[him] check my phone Yes its has one year warranty we can give you another one let me call my manager she or he say I gotta go to BELLE GLADE 20 miles to sign the claim form to get another phone. WHY WHEN WITH ALL THE , ELECTRONIC TODAY.

I have been purchasing my phones from metropcs in clewiston for over 12 years. Today's interaction was the final straw. As a customer i will not tolerate sarcasm from the salesperson. I came there to get a new phone not attitude. Everyone has a bad day that is a given. But that does not give you the right to be unprofessional.. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
