Worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. They don't answer the phone and one woman that fills Rx is very rude. Plus they don't stay open long enough

My father was told they would take him as a new patient to fill his prescription. Afterwards he was called on the phone and told that he didn’t take enough drugs and I quote that. He was told maybe it’s best he go to cvs because K & M only likes taking patients that take a lot of drugs. What a joke of a pharmacy. These days it’s clearly about money and not about treating your customer/patients right.

Never fill my prescriptions until I come in AND wait 45 minutes standing there. If I leave and come back I STILL have to wait another 45 minutes. They have NEVER filled or refilled my script unless I am standing right there. I've tried them 6 times since I moved here. They have gotten NO better. I'd rather stand in line at Wal-Mart.

i suffer from unbearable pain in the feet , legs, hips and back. the doctors have tried many different approaches however the only one that seems to give me some relief is high doses of morphine, much to our displeasure i have been forced to continue this regimen since the year 1999.now this is not the be all and end all of this, it has many different side effects such as constipation, addiction, a build up of a tolerance to the medication requiring a raising of the dose until it reaches a danger level (there now) causing blackouts. now our government requires me to see a pain management doctor once a month.i have had 3 different pharmacy's all but kick me out refusing to honor my scripts saying "i do not need that much pain killer" as well as "you do not need that medication because it is not needed for diabetes. I sat down with the head pharmacist , explained my problems and he checked my scripts, called my doctor to verify my story and ever since then they have taken care of my every pharmacy need with no problems or delays.all i can say is if you are not happy then there must be something wrong with you, as these people are extremely ease to work with..

This was the WORST DRUG STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. I WAS TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS LOWLIFE. HAD A SCRIPT SENT TO THE STORE FOR A BLOOD TEST KIT. THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT THE DOCTOR ORDER AND WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. TALKED TO OTHER PEOPLE IN THE AREA AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE FAMILY OWNED AND DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND THEIR INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE RICH AND THEY DO WHAT EVER THEY WANT. I WON'T GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BUY A THING FROM THAT STORE THERE EVER AGAIN.

I would give them a 0 if there was one but I took a prescription for my mother in law and till this day they haven't called me I call they say they would call me back which they haven't now i don't need it and they are so unprofessional and not caring for others prescriptions as my experience with them.

I have never experienced such kind and welcoming staff as of K & M Drugs....Thank you for your kindness... We need to see more of this in our other pharmacies. Unfortunately I've never experienced such and sadly don't expect to. I will never use another pharmacy besides K & M Drugs. Thank you for your warm welcoming. Thumbs up to you.... you are a 10 star.
