Every time we go to a Harbor freight store, they don't have what's on sale. We drive nearly 35 miles and it is a bait and switch, so now we drive back home with nothing.

It's a very bad experience, I need a water pump but when I need someone to take care of me because first of all it's heavy and secondly no one gives information, that's how
They sell it, it is not worth buying here one comes from afar one comes from Broward and does not compare in the stores here because it is more practical here but in reality it is not worth it better I look for a hoter place to buy

Went in and purchased a Bauer drill, girl behind the counter entered in someone else profile and phone for her metrics or a bonus she said even after I said I was uncomfortable with it. A woman named Shannon told me to leave when I asked to speak to a manager. I called the store and spoke to Jeff and he was rude and hung up on me. Will spend the money on a product where customers come before collecting phone numbers.
