I shopped for Christmas. The store was very clean and neat. The employees were super nice and helpful.

Depends on what quality of merchandise you are looking for. Mostly low to medium here but that repeats itself in all of their outlet chains. Their handbags are a mix of low to somewhat high end, clothing is a mixed bag.

Store was ok, prices were ok, but there was just one cashier working and the other cashiers were just talking to each other until finally when the line got more people one of them said "next". Bummer.
