I came in today and the cashier had absolutely no customer service skills (which doesn’t take a whole lot) AT ALL! Where did all the customer service disappear to……Maybe CVS!

This Walgreens is easily accessible from many different roads. I first visited this Walgreens because it was close to my hotel and had in stock many items that were not available at other stores. The cashiers and staff are very, very friendly and helpful.

I recently had an unfortunate experience calling the pharmacy, specifically with the pharmacy staff, not the pharmacist. I feel compelled to share my feedback in the hope that it contributes to improving customer service.On 1/20/24, I encountered a series of incidents where the supporting staff in the pharmacy displayed a level of rudeness that left me quite dissatisfied. The interactions were unprofessional, and it significantly impacted my overall impression of the service provided.I understand that everyone has challenging days, but I believe customer service is a crucial aspect of any business. The behavior I observed fell short of the standards I expected, and it's disheartening to encounter such issues, especially in a place where people seek assistance with their health needs.I would appreciate it if you could address this matter internally, perhaps through additional training or other measures, to ensure a more positive and customer-friendly environment. As a loyal customer, I hope that my feedback can contribute to the continuous improvement of your services.

Worst Store ever, they never subs an item even when they have it. You purchase a pick up order and they cancel most items and when you walk into the store you find the items you ordered on the shelves,.... They are rude and do not follow Walgreens policy. I do not know how this store still open, manager is helpless.

This specific Walgreens pharmacy is AWFUL!! I called on a Thursday to refill a prescription that the technician said was in stock. It wasn't: Wasted Trip #1. I wasn't able to go by on Friday but the automated phone service said it was ready on Saturday. It wasn't and it wouldn't be in until Monday: Wasted Trip #2. My wife stopped by on Monday and it still wasn't there and was now delayed until Tuesday: Wasted Trip #3. I called another Walgreens and they had it in stock and I picked it up from them on that same Monday. I never received any communications from this pharmacy about a delay like I get from other Walgreens pharmacies.

worst store and worst customer service. even when u ask to substitute your items if not in stock they just cancel it so if you are using cash rewards or try to earn it you won't teach the purchase minimum. they do on purpose for you to not earn it. this atore is really horrible

Pharmacists are awesome. Anytime we need our medication ASAP they are on it and get it ready in an hour or so. So nice to have people who are willing to help you out.

Strength Mrs. Kristin was super conscious of working on a Christmas day which is rare - it is a family time... That's only day people take off or entire US most places are closed. She is really outstanding, good peeson, highly helpful, ethical and honest.

I had a hiccup which was resolved by store manager and pharmacist Stacy. They stayed in communication with me and was very polite about the situation. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the good service I continue to receive.
