worse customer service for business accounts ever went once they were not there second time waited over 30 minutes they said come back we are busy now 3 rd time waited 30 minutes then they said business account guy on a conference call for 2 more hours this is the worst customer service ever i have a business and i dont have time for all these games

Awesome people that take care of you and explain in detail and help you figure things you need to know out. Clean place and overall great place and people. The only thing is that sometimes it's a bit of a wait. But worth it.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I had scheduled a 3pm appointment on February 2nd . Upon arriving at the store I started to scan in when an associate approached me and said I can check you in. I told him I had a 3pm appointment. He replied ok your are all checked in. They told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. That never happened. After about 20 mintues I approached an associate and asked how much longer he said that there were still several people ahead of me. At no time did anyone approach me. I might as well have been invisible. I approached another associate that had been going from table to table and told him I had a 3pm appointment and had been waiting over 40 mintues. He told me that he had me as a walk in and would move me up to next. At no time did I say I was a walk in. He then said it would be at least another 15 mintues. He then just walked away like I was bothering him. No apology, nothing. Never going back there again. Verizon should be embarrassed by having a store run like this. Staff were homesteading with customers. During the 40 mintues I was there I did not see one associate finish with a customer.. I guess AT&T is the answer.

I upgraded to the iPhone 15 in November. They added insurance to my account @ $17 per line (3 lines), removed my auto pay without telling me. It's February and I'm still trying to get them to remove this insurance from my account. This store is like a used car store.

Was just on the phone with Verizon customer service ATTEMPTING to make an appointment. What a nightmare. 100% nightmare. I was making the appointment for an existing customer of 30+ years. That may change. This csr was not accommodating at all and did not make this process easy nor pleasant. And the phone time was 41 minutes. I gave one star only because I could not give less.

I had a replacement phone sent to me from Verizon. Connor approached me with a smile and a sincere greeting and started converting my data. As more people came in Jonathan, the Manager introduced himself when Connor left as my data was transferring and it would take awhile. When the data finished Jonathan went over the phone and found some stuff that hadn't transferred...and there was a problem with my login to 2 programs...and he wouldn't leave until my phone was perfect.I was so impressed with his determination and integrity that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Verizon Store. Thank you Jonathan and Connor.

When the manager comes over to interrupt! RUN !Rip off! They love to up sell! Isaac Cockerham salesman there sold us the home internet and it is not available at our address and his manager came to up and tried to sell us another one for our other home and it also isnt for that address. Now after two weeks of calling still trying to return the home internet box so we wont be charged. It is easy to buy things thru Verizon but very hard to get out of and return items. Go elsewhere if you dont like rip offs! Read the other reviews!

I was given the wrong item by one of their customer service associates on a recent previous visit so I decided to bring it back to the store to return it. I've been to the store twice now, the first time they flat out told me that they did not have time and that it would be over an hour before they could do the return. The second time the customer service associate said that he would check on the wait time and then he promptly disappeared into the back room for 15 minutes, never to be seen again. Some people may have all the Time in the world, time is money, and I do not. Easily the worst Verizon location I've ever dealt with.

This store was the only reason my family kept using Verizon as their coverage continues to disappoint in Clermont. Trying to fix their billing error Manager Jonathan V showed why this store has received so many 1 star ratings. Cannot wait to switch providers.
