Michael was a great help helping us select a new iPhone and setting the phones up. We were in and out in 40 minutes. Michael also informed us about getting a cover for the iPhone 14 lenses. I've been coming to this VERIZON store for years and I've never had any problems with getting help. Come see Michael at VERIZON for your next phone!

Kudos to Chris and his manager. Helped me to make some needed changes in my service and actually saved me some money in the process. I have been a Verizon customer 30+ years and have spoken with many, many Verizon employees. None have ever been more polite or helpful than Chris and his manager! Thanks so much.....I will be back.

Verizon does a HORRIBLE job with its customers! I bought a new cable tv plan almost 3 weeks ago..I need a new cable box to work with my new tv, and they STILL haven't mailed it to me! Terrible service!

They lie about everything they say. They offer promotions that they do not follow they with Then with multiple calls to customer service we requested to be able to return our phone that way and we were told three individual times that they would do so and they didn't ...they should be shut down for fraud with all the lord they tell

I can't say this enough, stay away from Verizon at any and all costs. It's all sunshine and rainbows when you sign up and immediately after they have your money your bill WILL increase and you will be lucky to get a drop of customer service. I came in a few weeks ago as a customer for multiple years, all I was looking for was some help with closing my account and trying to pay my phone off. The young man who was checking people in basically told me no one there could help me, and that I should turn around and do it all from my phone. However I needed to pay in cash, to which he replied "we don't take split payments" even though that makes zero sense.After being turned away at the door, because apparently I wasn't worth helping, I then proceeded to try and get in touch with Verizon customer service for multiple days met with no help and an average wait time of 1hr+ on hold. Save your money and your sanity and expect nothing from these people and Verizon because that's all you'll get.If I could give zero stars I would.

Didn't have an appointment, showed up around 6:00 pm and waited about 30 minutes. Honestly even pre-covid I've waited that long so that wasn't a big deal for me.What was a big deal is I was getting an upgrade to and iPhone 12 and the man helping me - I wish I'd caught his name - royally destroyed my phone. He somehow put in two activation requests? And therefore when I got home my new phone wouldn't do anything remotely phone related aka make calls, send texts, etc. The store was closed at that point so I couldn't go back. Cue me then calling Verizon and spending nearly an hour on hold with them... the first person was pretty useless and said I wait until the next day and go back to the store, we went back and forth a few times until eventually she transferred me to an actually helpful person who said that he would fix it but it would take a few hours and at ~some point throughout the night my phone would activate.It does work this am thank goodness, but no thanks to the workers in this store. Thanks goes to the IT guys at Verizon corporate. And even the people I spoke with on the phone were like "wow, this guy really messed up your phone" sooooUpdate: two days later it's not working again - so I'll be going back to this store attempt to remedy the problem.Second update. Changing my review to two stars because the manager fixed it all up for me today and was very kind... doesn't negate the four days I've spent being annoyed & not having a working phone though.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Absolutely terrible customer service. They refused to honor my contract and solve my problem. When I stated that I spend too much money with this company to receive such poor service and refusal to honor my contract, two people just gave me a thumbs up. Absolutely horrible. Take your business to a different phone company. Verizon only cares about selling more products to get more commission.
