Cleanliness is top notch.
They have trolleys by each entry point to utilize.
Staff was courteous and extremely kind, gave waters for the move.
The icing on the cake is the free moving truck with deposit and within 50 miles was so helpful. I highly recommend this facility. It's day 5 and I'm thus far a satisfied customer. Thania & Ashley office personnel showed amazing customer care. Thank you. Joseph Christens

Find a different company to store your belongings! This facility was horrible. They deserve no stars but Google at minimum one-star review. Couldn’t wait to get my belongings out of there! Would never recommend this storage facility to anyone. When a police officer told me to “listen carefully,” I knew then we had to get out. Yes, we struggled greatly with paying on time. It was out of our control due to my husband’s disability and mounting medical bills, our medically necessary move to TN, and other extenuating circumstances. I never argued that we were struggling and were required to pay late fees, but the other issues - damaged sofa, suspicious entry into our units, hypodermic needle and syringe found in one of our units, lack of professional employees, unsecure facility, a broken down vehicle that sat for at least a month, possible people living out if units, and outrageous fee increases in the nine months we were tenants - all support my reason for never using this facility again, recommending this facility, or using any other facility within the company. Just beware.

Zach was so helpful when it came to canceling my storage unit! He made it stress free. I have used this place for two years they are clean and it’s very easy access!
