It does not matter when I visit this store, I am always greeted with a smile. They are kind and patient with every single customer and they always seem to go above and beyond no matter what kind of day they are having.
I drive out of my way to go to this location.

Shipping packages with weight are more reasonable.
Kyle was very polite helping me handle a package I was shipping, while creating the label he kindly answered a question regarding using a QR code to print a label at the store. Thanks Kyle!

They will not print out your Amazon return labels and charge you for it. They force you to log in to their computer and print it out yourself. News flash!!! Every other store around this store does provide that service. So you will never see me again.

I brought a hat to this location that I received for my birthday that I had to return. The hat was in the original box that it came in all I needed was the return label printed. The staff here told me they were unable to print my UPS label from my phone. I asked if I could email the label to them so they could then print it out and I was told no. I was not given a reason just that this the way their boss has the store set up. So I drove to fed ex where they gladly printed the label for me for free in under a minute and then had to drive back to the ups store to drop the package off. Completely ridiculous. It's almost as if they go out of their way to inconvenience the customer. Never heard of such a thing in my life
