I use this UPS store approximately 3 to 4 times a week. Every time I am there, the employees are amazingly kind and efficient. I'm so glad this is near where I live because it is my store that I will visit no matter what when I need packages sent or return Amazon packages

I just moved into the Clermont, FL area and found the convenient ups store that I can drive my golf cart to . The staff is so kind, patient and helpful. I love the small town feel it has. Also convenient for my small business I own. Keep up the good work. :)

I had to print out a label that was emailed to me. The clerk said I had to go onto the computer and print it from there. I don't know why I couldn't just send it to the printer! But okay. I go onto the computer ($3.00) and hit print (.30). Nothing. Somebody was working on one of the printers, so I figured I might need to choose the other printer. So I asked the same clerk. Oops. No printers are working. They told me to drive to another store and email it to them and they would print it. But I'm not going to do that becaue I don't trust them. I wasted time and money and got aggrevation, nothing more. So I left. About half way to my car, I realized I hadn't signed out of the computer. I went back in and a different clerk was at my computer. He said he saved it from timing out. What he actually did was give me another 10 minutes, at $2.00! So, should I refuse the charge on my credit card?
I ought to add that both clerks were polite and tried to be helpful.

The gentlemen working is nice but the store wants to charge you a $3.00 computer rental fee just to be able to open the document you want to print. Computer rental fee plus cost of printing. That’s insane! Disappointed UPS
