“This was our third time bringing my wife's Audi Q5 in for an annual service. We don't do a lot of driving these days so once a year is enough. As always, we got great service. I'm always impressed at how clean the facility is kept, very neat and tidy. They do a great job of inspecting our car to make sure we get things repaired as needed. And they aren't pushy when you decide to put off suggested repairs. Are they expensive, yes. But I don't mind paying knowing that my wife's baby is well cared for. They really do know their stuff. And, they are always super friendly. Glad there is an alternative to the Audi dealership on the other side of Orlando.”
“I have a 2021 GMC 3500. I took my truck to the dealership twice and told them there that there was a pretty significant vibration going on. What I told them was that it is the U-joint. First time at the dealership, they said they couldn’t feel the vibration and the truck was fine so I took it home It progressively got worse over the next month to where it was driving me crazy I took it in again and told them I don’t wanna hear that it’s fine. Please pull the drive line or driveshaft out and replace the U- joints. They refused to because they said they couldn’t feel anything. My powertrain warranty is still good till August. Phillips GMC made me feel stupid like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I took it to Wayne’s transmission and auto repair And the mechanic is awesome. He drove it and said I agree with you. It’s the U joints. I got them replaced and Sure enough my truck has no vibration anymore. Thank you guys for all your help, and you did a wonderful job fixing my truck for a very reasonable price.
