Really disappointed that they bait you with posting "available" and "for sale" vehicles on their website, that aren't available. We drove 2 hours and communicated the prior night and on the way as to which vehicle we were interested in, only to be told once we arrived that it had "sold." The specific vehicle is still listed on the website but at a higher price. Suuuuuuper shady!

worst dealer, prices keep changing, after signing contract vehicle was not even in the lot so they had to do the numbers for the same model of vehicle and the total went up 900 for the total of the vehicle and then signed contract again which said that there was a check to the buyer and after there was no check to the buyer, AGAIN LIES, Justin Ramis from sales and the financing department claimed we can take the vehicle back within 15 days and that wasn't true either, AVOID THIS DEALER, we should have looked at reviews before even driving there,

i cant believe after all this time, i cannot believe that this dealership hasnt gotten their s**t together. i came to them years ago with a 691 to buy a car, the prices were of and their staff were almost climbing ober eachother to land a sale. despite the high score, they still didnt honor their prices and seemed so unorgaized so i went somewhere else and got approved for a better vehicle the next day. all this time, after 2 years, returning from my 6th deployment, i took my girlfriend in to trade in her car... they asked for a 1000 down payment for a basic vehicle. she wanted another one, i offered 5000 to get her into it. after that got her approved, they came back and asked her to keep her car in order to aprove it, they acted like they didnt know what the specals were, they wanted her to keep her car and dump it on someone else, thruought the negotiation, we were assisgned 4 different sales people, never spoke to a finance mgr, everytime we called to get a status update, someone else hopped on the phone and attempted to take over the sale. at the end of everything, after taking the keys to appraise her vehicle, they didnt even know what the vehicle was that she was trying to trade. during the endire time that we would call, they constantly would quote the wrong car. the original salesman was non-existant after the first night. being a retired army "combat 1st leiutenant ranger and police sgt", ivr never seen so much disorganization and inconsistency. nothing was kept, no part of their word or specials, no military discounts... nothing. i woukd recommend these guys to even changed my oil... its unfortunate becuase i change my cars every 2 years. if you want to waiste 3 days and um-teenth calls on supidity, go ahead and waiste it. i never waiste time with posting complaints but this has gotten rediculous. 02292024 -k 1 satr is too much to allow

The sale was fine... 6 months ago. Then, I needed to trade my car in for a truck and that's when the CAR SALESMEN showed up. I went in and talked to Kevin S. and was told I was 8k upside down on a 28k car that I put 2500.00 down on and had been paying 725.00 a mo. on for 6 months! Then, they wanted to give me 21k for my 2023 Camry SE which is immaculate and has 4670 miles on it because it's been sitting unused for 3 of the 6 months I've had it! For reference, Carmax offered me 24k for it, on the spot! When I refused to bite, they called me 7 times over 2 days promising to "work with me". They tried alright. I went in 2 days later and they tried to offer me the same deal they offered me 2 days earlier, as long as I paid an extra thousand down. WHAT?! The same monthly payment after I give you an extra thousand?! They even tried to trot out another vehicle, 3 years older, with 26k miles and a 4-cylinder motor too weak to tow what I needed to tow in the first place! Avoid Alex and the rest of those bottom feeders. There may not be much better in this field, but there certainly isn't much worse.

I recently inquired about a Toyota Sienna and spoke to an internet sales person. I am out of state and said I'd like to reserve it and put down a down payment after speaking about it and being told there would be no markup on it. I was asked to do an online credit application to get the ball rolling which I promptly did. I call back the next day after no response and the sales manager tells me there was a $5000 markup. Thanks for misleading me to dinging my credit. I'll follow up with the BBB.

BEWARE!! I would rate this experience a ZERO BUT one of the salesman tried to recover a bad situation. He removed the manager away from me. He witnessed I was irritated. My wife and I just wanted to " look" at cars on the lot BUT a friendly young Hispanic lady insisted on accompanying us. She is just doing as I am certain she was trained to do. Very high pressure selling here at this business. Curiously, she did not have a business card on her. The mission was to get us inside. She sat me down and amazingly her young male manager appeared and sat down. I informed him I was just awaiting a business card, and he immediately took an aggressive approach. " What can I do to put you in a car today". I said I am just looking and awaiting a biz card. He continued on even after I made it crystal clear there would be NO sale today. Maybe in March 2024. He then got an attitude and I told him I did not appreciate this overly aggressive approach! Toyota of Clermont is very aggressive at least the manager I had. Ownership needs to be aware of this. Again BEWARE.

I really needed this place to be competent. I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation. Later found the lug nuts weren't tightened. Tightened them myself and brought it back. They said it was due to different lug nuts. None of the other dozen people who rotated my tires before or since had a problem. Had them replace windshield wipers during a service and they put the worst wipers I've ever experienced in 25+ year's of car ownership. They made an awful rubbing noise that I thought might get better over time, but never did. Finally, on the most recent oil change, they asked about tire rotation, I told them my experience, and they said they would have their most experienced mechanic do it. The next day, the tire pressure light was lit. I brought it back and they said they recommend replacing all the sensors for $900. I wanted a certified mechanic to work on my vehicle, but I just don't feel like I can trust this place.

I was in desperate need of a vehicle and did my due diligence by researching new and used vehicles, making necessary contacts with the dealership and telling them up front the situation and my exact needs. I was assured that there would be room for negotiation on pricing by the team member I was working with. I arrived at Toyota of Clermont and was met by a wonderful staff member (Alejandro), who listened and made sure that I was heard. Upon finishing the test drive was sent along to the next person, who I was up front with and expressed my bottom line immediately. This individual was extremely condescending, disrespectful, and boldly lied to me up front. He addressed the gentleman that I was with, however I was the individual purchasing the vehicle. As a result of the disrespect, unprofessionalism, and unwillingness to tell the truth, irregardless that I am a woman, I did not purchase the vehicle I intended to from them. I DO NOT recommend anyone of any gender patronize this establishment if they are looking to be treated with dignity and respect. I do not feel that they deserve even a single star review! FYI, I have also received the same treatment from Toyota of Orlando based on my gender!

Major time wasters. They lie and seem to do any and everything to squeeze me as a customer. Very untrustworthy as it seems they believe if they keep you there long enough, you'll allow them to rip you off. I'd never refer anyone to this dealership.

DIEGO MOLINA is a down to earth salesman who doesn't use any shady tactics, he worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible and even worked to get the tow covered on my trade in which had a seized engine. Highly recommend requesting this guy. Toyota Clermont above any other, stoked on my new Tacoma!

I'll personally never purchase a vehicle or utilize this dealership, their sales reps are not honest and won't give basic information that other dealerships who are transparent give.
