I've been doing business with them for the past 2 years, and have never been treated so poorly. I went in this last Friday and made an in-person appointment for Sunday at 10:00am for just a basic tire rotation and the tech confirmed it was good to go.
Showed up Sunday at 9:45 early, upon walking in before I could even say, "Good Morning" the tech there who I didn't recognize said, "I have 2 fires ahead of you..." and proceeded to storm off in a rage. He wa muttering, "I just got back from vacation and I'm already regretting it...."
So I sat down and waited patiently for 15 minutes before he finally got to me and said:
Tech: "How can I help you?"
Me: " I have a 10:00am Appointment for a Tire Rotation.
Tech: "That's not happening today,"
Me: O_o What do you mean?! I came in-person on Friday to make this appointment for today at 10:00am....
Tech: Yeah, well, I've only got two other people and a mechanic, a whole mess of .... and there is just no way, I can reschedule for some other day."
Me: Today is my only I took off to get this done, just forget it.
Long story short, this place has gone WAY down the drain :(

The highlights of my experience included having my appointment be disregarded, bad attitudes, & no communication.
First I want to address the face of Tire Kingdom when we walked in. Michael. I have never in my life seen someone act so childish and rude while providing a service to customers. There was zero excuse for the behavior we witnessed from this employee. My husband & I witnessed him be very rude & nasty to every single customer he interacted with. All whom were elderly. One couple walked in and literally in the middle of helping them, he got angry, said that he needed a break & walked into the break room & SLAMMED the door. His behavior literally left everyone speechless. I don’t know how this man child has a job & I think someone needs to review their cameras & see exactly how he acts & treats customers. Especially the elderly! Maybe offer him some therapy in enchange for his job. (that he is paid to do) On to my issue: I called earlier in the week to confirm my 3-year alignment warranty was still active. The girl I spoke to confirmed it was, until Jan 2025 & scheduled me an appointment to have the alignment done Sunday, Oct 25. *I had an appointment Saturday for a brand new set of tires at Mavis. Upon picking up my vehicle from Mavis on Saturday, they advised I needed an alignment & I declined since I had the appointment the next morning at tire kingdom.
I arrived an hour early at 10am to drop my car off and was told I would get a call once it was ready. After not hearing anything for 4 hours, I called around 2pm to see if there was any updates, I was transferred to Brian, who said my car was ready & that the alignment was not done because my tires were all within the required factory settings. I asked him how that was possible when my car pulls very bad to the right & Mavis just yesterday told me that they highly recommended an alignment because my settings were off. (One wheel was -30, -24 etc) he said he doesn’t know but his machine gave him a perfect reading. After some back & forth conversation he asked me to hold several minutes to check on something and then proceeded to hang up on me.
I then called Mavis & spoke to the manager who confirmed he personally did the alignment reading on my car & that it was BAD. He then called his district manager to see if they could get into the Tire Kingdom system so that they could just go ahead & honor my warrantied alignment at their shop but unfortunately, he said their systems have not been migrated yet & suggested we go back to tire kingdom during a week day when we could speak to a store manager. I called back to Tire Kikgdom, spoke to Michael who wanted to do nothing but argue & tell me how he doesn’t know what’s going on & that I should just trust what Brian is telling us because he’s “certified” & was trained by his dad (lol) My husband & I then drove up to pick up my car. Got there & my car was on the lift. We sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes (occupied watching Michael throw his tantrums) Brian came out with a printout showing all the numbers his alignment system picked up, were all in the green. So my question is did they decide to do the alignment after our phone conversation & realizing that I’m not just some idiot who was coming in there blind or are they giving customers inaccurate readings? Perhaps because mine was “free” and they saw my brand new tires they figured they could get away with not completing the service? Either way I would not recommend this shop and I will be taking my car back to Mavis to check my alignment again. If the readings are good this time I will know Tire Kingdom lied, if they are still off I will know they did not complete the service I paid them to do. Mavis has bought Tire Kingdom out & eventually will migrate & hopefully they will check to make sure Tire Kingdoms equipment is properly calibrated & get some better workers! I also want to add that I purchased 4

Had to get my Volkswagen Passat to get it aligned and balance, I ONLY had great experience from them. The managers and the techs are really helpful and especially to Ryan, check him out he took care of me and made sure my car was ok!

I Took my car here for a nail in my tire Ryan was great and was able to save my tire definitely recommend coming here for any tire problems .
