When we first started looking for our golf cart we went to The Golf Cart Company showroom located at Clermont and met Sam who was a great wealth of knowledge and a super friendly person and Sam never used heavy sales pressures which we like and Everyone at the Clermont location has been so great to us even after the sale and The Golf Cart Company truly cares about their customers and they offer deliver and pick up and service call appointments are always available within a short period of time and the repair shop will keep me updated on the progress of the golf cart as I have The Golf Cart Company do annual services to keep my cart running in great condition. If you’re looking for a golf cart company that doesn’t use high pressure sales tactics and treats you like family then head over to The Golf Cart Company, you won’t regret it!

For years I was happy with this company. But this year they have failed to fix my cart after two different charges to diagnose. They cannot find out what is wrong, but it shows a fully charged battery while the yellow battery light is on. I don't know which gauge to believe. Paid them twice for a total of $224.00 and still broke.

Family owned business. Great people to deal with. Very knowledgeable about their products. Bought a new golf cart a couple of years ago and very satisfied. Had it serviced after a year or so and it was a very easy process. Also reasonable price for the service. Highly recommend.

We went to The Golf Cart Company to look at the inventory available for sale. We were pleasantly surprised how friendly the team was and no "high pressure" sales pitch. In the end, we bought a Star EV. The turnaround time to prep the cart and deliver it us was 4 days. Our overall experience was amazing.

We got there close to closing on a Saturday Two representatives were already busy with other customers, but they both broke away and added us to their attention without slighting the other customers. Great customer handling skills. Before we left we put down a deposit. Ten days later our order came in. Beautiful cart with a competitive price... we were surprised at what we got for the money. Delivered free, with an orientation. Don't go anywhere else.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Golf Cart Company. From my initial phone contact to my in person visit and purchase of my golf cart couldn't have been any better. Jonelle was my sales representative and she was very knowledgeable and personable to work with. I could have chosen a few other golf cart companies closer to my home but I feel this was the best Company to do business with. I feel confident if I should have any issues with my cart they will provide excellent customer service.
