Started with Sun Bank, a local Bank. Then it became SunTrust (after mergers)....service level went down, but I stuck with them. Then it became Truist (after MORE mergers) and service went down even more. Not sticking any more.....I have found a GREAT local bank who will now get my money !!!

This branch has terrible customer service. I was told that that their system was down the last 3 encounters I’ve had with either the physical branch (2 visits ) or over the phone (today) when I called to ask about an echech that was rejected by the bank. I was told to call a customer service number which I did and after a seemingly endless series of robo menus, I was finally able to reach a human. Bottom line, I got zero help with my issue. Thankfully, I was able to straighten it out with the other party and made my payment without penalty.It’s as though Truist Bank doesn’t care about their customers. We’ll, as far as I’m concerned, thee strikes and they’re out. They have lost my trust so I will be doing my banking elsewhere.

When I parked in the lot adjacent to the bank because the Starbucks lot was full, one of the reps yelled at me and tried to tell me the bank was open so I couldn't park there. Keep in mind this is a shopping center, and there's no signage to indicate that it's bank parking only. I didn't move the car (because why would any sane person do that) but it did make my daughter a little anxious.Great impression, won't do business with them in the future.

Went in to change my last name due to getting married but didn’t have everything I needed. Since I came after 3:00 I was told by an associate to return the next day around the same time. Well I did this and arrived to see that they closed the lobby early so they couldn’t help me. Tried to make it to the other branch across town and was turned away even though an associate was free but because I didn’t have an appointment . My paychecks will be rejected this week due to my accounts not matching my new last name so thank you so much suntrust for making this hard!

I had the opportunity to work with Elizabeth Starr on some business account situations. She was one of the best for customer assistance, especially with my unusual situation. I can’t say enough good things about her, so I will just say she should be the model for filling top positions.

Phenomenal group of people that do the best they can with what they have. It's a crowded area especially in the afternoon and they make do.Note: get some wd-40 for that night deposit box, it's too damn difficult trying to pry that thing. It's like opening the ark of the covenant.

Suntrust system in Winter Garden was down so they could not process a transaction..... which is understandable. Get to this Suntrust in Clermont and they close at 4pm. Banker hours are already laxed..... and you’ll are not even open until 5pm..... Really?!?! Now I know why I primarily bank with Navy Federal.

This branch has the most helpful people. They'll assist you in any way that they can and provide great advise when it comes to investing and student loans. I cannot remember the branch manager's name, but she is fantastic!
