Just got my phone but it was the wrong color. Now I need to send it back, wait for the refund and then put in the order for the phone again. So I am going without a phone for at least 2 weeks because of their error. I better get prorated for the time lost. Will follow up with end result

Mary, Edgar and Jenni has been an amazing help to me! I wanted to upgrade my phone and get a watch with data on it and everything was simple. The process went through flawlessly and I'm really satisfied with my visit today. Loving the new watch and phone so far!! ?♥️I definitely recommend going to corporate stores rather than authorized retailers!

It was the only store in my area that had the phone I wanted in stock. I was greeted when I walked in. There were 2 being helped and 2 seated. I gave my name to be checked in and was told I would be next to be helped. When the one guy finished with the people ahead of me he told me I would be helped by someone else who I guess had just arrived. By this time I had already been waiting 20 min. I waited another almost 10 mins for this guy to come to help me. Although there was another employee sitting there and the guy who said I would be next was still there. My transaction took not even 10 min. I simply wanted to buy my phone and go. No transfer, no additional fuss. So don't know why the 1st guy couldn't assist me. I could've been done and out the door by the time the guy did help me got there. 40 mins for something that could've been done in 10. Suffice it to say, even if it is the only store near me to carry the item I want I won't be back to this particular location.

Darwin provided excellent customer service. I came into the store tired and slightly frustrated and came out cheerful and productive. Darwin took the time to help me and explain all my questions and concerns. When he had to help other customers he would multitask with helping me as well and still being fully available to them. Darwin’s energy and help is appreciated!!!

Had a billing issue that Edgar, Bravo, and Mike handled for me. It took time but anything done well is worth waiting for. I’ve been coming to this store since it moved here and the service is impeccable. Thanks so much guys

A friend and I stopped in about 1:30 today, and there 2 customers seated being helped by associates. In ten minutes of standing there, we were never greeted or acknowledged at any point. A third associate took someone to the back.I’ve been a loyal T-mobile customer for 17 years, and this was totally disrespectful! Willnot return to this store.

I went outside to call customer care they locked the door with me standing by the door. In the middle of getting them information they needed from customer care.. poor service

I have to say after some miscommunication with the staff who helped upgrade my new phone. I want to give a big thanks to Rebecca for taking the time to listen to my frustrations to make it better. I also want to give a big shoutout to Darwin. I didn’t have the chance to work with him however he took good care of everyone the few times I had visited the store. He is a great multi tasker he listens very well and very informative. Give that man a raise!

I ve had a really hard time finding anyone to help with my email issues. Finally..I stopped in at t mobile on 27 and Darwin was able to fix it 5 minutes. I will definitely go back& ask for him specifically.

I was helped by an amazing employee named Zach. He was extremely professional and efficient in helping me process my order. Zach was also very patient with thought the whole process after I kept making mistakes which caused him to do double the work. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you Zach and T-Mobile!

Came here to upgrade my phone after a bad experience in another location. Not only did Hiram help, he walked me through everything, all the costs and extras. He was friendly and very nice and I am so happy to have had this experience. Definitely will keep coming to this location from now on.
