What can I say I love this place, remember when it opened and I would go in, I was just starting my fitness journey anyway i didnt know what to get , i have to say the most friendliest guys working there so helpful, Was able to explain what wanted and Erik helped me, I moved away a few months later , but I stop in to get something whenever I am in Clermont , the customer service is unbeatable!! Its real , true and genuine, and you dont find that in many places !!!!

Southern Nutrition Clermont is such a joy to visit. I have been in twice and Austin has helped me both times. He has been great. I have enjoyed the things I have bought. You have a repeat customer.

Outstanding! No longer buying my products online. I thought all supplement stores were based on GNC, but the customer service here has been great. Love the detail in knowledge in products and not just reading a pamphlet of what a product does.

I can’t say enough about the owner “Erik” and his staff…they are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help me achieve my goals. I highly recommend you stop in and try some samples. They will hook you up with whatever u want to try before you buy.

Yesterday I visited Southern Nutrition in Clermont for the first time. It won’t be the last. Austin Collins invited me in on social media and Luis Seise showed me around. It’s a very cool place and extremely organized. But the best part is how they made me feel welcome and not an inconvenience at all. Luis gave me a tour, which he didn’t have to do, but chose to, and afterwards set me up with some samples. He even accommodated my issue with stimulant pre-workout and my ADHD. 10/10 recommend visiting, not just for your nutritional needs, but for an enjoyable experience with good quality people.

Went to get a product and they were out. They offered to order it and I paid in advance. I was notified it was in and went to pick it up and it wasn't there. They changed the product and didn't notify me. Then when they did the return they shorted me what they owed me. It was a complete hassle.

Erik and his team do a great job of being a resource to the community. Him and his team care about the people and the community and it shows. Don’t be intimidated, southern nutrition is for everyone and the team can help you align your goals at any stage in the game.

I love the store and I love the quality it delivers but the staff is very inappropriate. I have been out of the game for a year now (due to going over a pregnancy loss) and I came back to get back on track. Although I consdier myself a very nice person these guys were just insensitive. first off, no one should be shouting across the room, the gentleman was asking me personal questions about my goals and shouting out my history in the store in front of people. what gym I go to, and what am i doing at home now. I understand you are doing your job but there are better approaches. I work in the medical feild and work along side with HIPPA so this did make me feel uncomfortable to answer in front of strangers. I would have not mind any of this if he would just use his inside voice. Second, dont push me to selling more and more stuff. I do appreciatethe guy helping me try out some new products but I'm already over whelmed of what happened, trying to take it one step at a time and these guys just wouldn't stay in their lane. I really don't like complaining but this was just not appreciated. just be more aware of what you are doing. Be nice to others and be considerate is all I ask.thank you.

Great store, these guys know their stuff. If you want to learn about products and have them explained in detail. Then you need to go to Southern Nutrition Clermont. They have the knowledge that will help you achieve you best you. Thanks again guys helping me over the years.

I absolutely loved this place! Food prep already done for you. All the supplements you need in 1 place with tons of information. Sam was very helpful and even alone he still made sure that everyone who came through the door was being taken care of.
