Food was horrible and made me sick plus there was not enough bathrooms for everyone! Also the prices of everything were super high. I'm upset but the best part was picking flowers!

Terrible seating options; they have signs for “more seating under tents” but they are all closed for private events; couldn’t find a table to seat and eat with my family. Also compared to previous years it was very over crowded for the price and things to do

I don't understand the excitement of people who give 5 stars to this place. After paying 50 dollars for the entrance for two people I had to pay for photos, for sunflowers, for rides. You have to pay for everything. I was expecting to dive into a sea of pumpkins, sunflowers and corn, but it's not what I expected at all. If you don't have kids, you only go in there for 15 minutes and leave about $100

Quite disappointed. I would not recommend going during the week because, even though it’s only slightly cheaper, the atmosphere is lacking. There’s no live music at all and no fire lit for making s’mores.
I hate to say but the staff isn’t particularly friendly; you get the feeling you’re bothering them. The food isn’t very good (burnt pizza, cold burger, and greasy tacos). Plus, the children’s play area is outdated. On top of the entrance fee, you have to pay for any fun activities, like taking photos with the pumpkins, feeding the animals, or picking a sunflower, which I’m not a fan of.
Fortunately, my son enjoyed his morning with the attractions. Still, I would recommend adding a splash pad area, as it’s almost unbearable in the full sun.

We purchased tickets for 5pm on Halloween online several days before hand. Their website said they would be open to 7pm at the time. We drove an hour and arrived at at our timed ticket arrival of 5pm. Only to be told they had decided to close early on Halloween earlier in the week but neglected to contact everyone who had purchased tickets. They had the email/phone number of everyone who had purchased tickets and could have notified them ahead of time to make other plans. My girls were looking forward to visiting the Farm. But instead we drove an hour to visit the farm only to find out our tickets we purchased for 5pm were not being honored. Then we didn't really have time to make other Halloween plans so it pretty much ruined our evening. All we were able to do was go out to eat and then drive an hour back home. This was going to be our first visit to Southern Hill Farms. We will not try to visit again.

Google doesn’t state that tickets are needed to enter because the events get sold out you have to click the link to the website and purchase event tickets even if you are not going for an event you will get turned away at the check in

Loved our experience at the fall festival. Everyone was so friendly and plenty of things for the kids to do. Also do yourself a favor and pick up the pumpkin butter.

Southern Hill Farms is the perfect spot for a fun and delicious day out! The frozen drinks are absolutely amazing – so refreshing and packed with flavor, ideal for cooling off under the Florida sun. And the donuts? They’re a must-try! Soft, warm, and perfectly sweet – they’re the best I’ve had in a long time. The farm itself is beautiful, with plenty of activities for all ages, from picking fresh flowers. Definitely a gem in Central Florida that I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

We took our family of 7 to enjoy a day of outside activities and had a blast! Our kids are older but we got there early and rode rides w no wait, ate lunch, and the options were endless. Overall great family day and loved the atmosphere!

Every year we visit the farms during this time for their fall festival. Kids have a great time.

The place is, honestly, overrated. Paying $25 just to walk around a small pumpkin patch area didn’t feel worth it. The sunflower field is beautiful, but it was disappointing to see almost no sunflowers left because visitors are allowed to cut and take them home for $2 each. If we’re already paying a $25 entrance fee, it would be nice if there was a section where people couldn’t pick the sunflowers, allowing everyone to enjoy and take photos with them since that’s part of the attraction.
The corn maze was another letdown — it looked dry, poorly maintained, and didn’t give much of a “fall” vibe. Plus, the food trucks were charging a lot for small portions, which felt overpriced.
The best part was the rooftop area where I could bring my beer and enjoy the view with friends. But that alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. I wouldn’t go back. Definitely overrated.

The corn "maze" is practically non existent. So I wouldn't go based on that alone. The petting zoo only had a few animals in a tiny area, which was hard to maneuver around in to try to get to an animal. All in all, it's not very expensive and has that farm atmosphere, which is nice. Just don't expect to be blown away by anything.

Been coming for a few years and it gets better every time! The staff is incredible and passionate about their business. I’m obsessed with their frozen blueberry lemonade and love all the activities for kids. Southern Hill Farms is a gem and I greatly look forward to the years to come!
