I literally see no difference in quality of technological care or knowledge between this place and the geniuses at Apple. The only significant difference I see is in the smaller size of the store and staff. But in addition, there’s also the smaller size of the price, and that’s a plus. Not to mention, you get to walk away with a chocolate or two. Highly recommend this place. May the Lord bless and guide them, truly.

I don't even know where to begin, but this place gets a 10 out of 10 from me. They are smart know what they're doing, and will most definitely take care of your machine worth every penny I spent on them, and they worked with me on a few issues I didn't even know I had.

I went up to South Lake Computers, and the experience was fantastic. I managed to get everything i came for, at a good price, and even left with a couple of extra things I had no intention of picking up! Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I needed and made sure I got it. Highly recommend them to anyone, for their computer needs!

At first I had taken my computer to another repair store called ubreakifix, and after 11 very long, very frustrating days I left them and came to South Lake Computers. Turns out ubreakifix had no idea what they were doing and within an hour my computer was up and running thanks to them. I am so grateful at just how fast he was able to figure out what was likely the problems and how thoroughly he explained them to me, so that I could understand. Thank you so much, I'll never go anywhere else.

An amazing service and assistance in all my questions and concerns. Helped me upgrade my entire computer system for such a great price. Had it installed, cleaned up, and back up and running in 24h and even walked me through the entire process. All in all, incredible service, great people, and amazing customer service!

Highly recommend South Lake Computers. Recently brought my son's gaming computer in with an SSD drive we purchased to install. Adam noticed that it was outdated and installed an upgraded version for us! He even offered support during the hurricane if we should have any questions once we got it home. I've brought several computers here and each and every interaction is a very positive one.

I did not know anything about computers and laptops until Adam took the time to explain all questions I had. He did not rush me, nor made me clueless. He allowed me to ask anything even if it meant purchasing a product elsewhere. I brought my old cheaper laptop for a diagnostic and he told me everything that he could so that I could understand best how to move forward. I would highly recommend this place for repairs or for anything computer related

As happens with time, our computers get outdated and lack the ability to change with new devices and other technology, thus, they get old, and slow down, just like we do. Having this issue repeatedly, I did some research online, and went in to discuss my issues and options with Adam. Adam knew his stuff, and was able to look at my PC and determine why I was having the issues I was having. He was very understanding and informative. Basically, I had two potential resolutions, attempt yet another update to my ancient PC or, switch to modern technology. For me, it was a no brainer, I went with Adam's recommendation, for a new PC. Adam was not pushy in any way, and offered another potential solution, without a purchase, but, I decided, I would be better off, in the long run to replace my PC. I picked out the unit, Adam got everything from my old PC onto the new one, and I was good to go. Not being a technology educated, as I probably should be, I needed a bit of help re connecting my new PC to my three monitors. I spoke with Adam a few times, and he stopped by to help me finish the installation. South Lake Computers is my new place to go for any issues that come up. I can't recommend both South Lake Computers and Adam highly enough. For me, the bottom line is when you aren't sure how to proceed in a situation, seek an expert and follow their advice. That is what I did, and I'm sitting at my desk smiling... Thank you Adam and South Lake Computers...

I had a fantastic experience with Adam at SLC. I had a dead 2012 MacBook Pro and he got me set up with a replacement that looked like it had just come out of the box. Couldn't be happier!

I brought my laptop in at noon on Friday because the lid wouldn't open. I needed it for work over the weekend and Adam was kind enough to get it in a position that I could use it until parts were ordered. He was very honest and gave great advice on what is needed vs not needed. He's very knowledgeable and is willing to give me advice on a new laptop whether I purchase from him or somewhere else. He wasn't trying to push the sale through his store just to get the sale. We will definitely be using South Lake Computers from here on out for all of our computer needs.

As a software engineer I know when people know what they are taking about and South Lake computers really know it. Had an issue with my daughter's laptop and they were able to review it with me over the phone in less than 10 mins. Absolutely amazing service and great expertise. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Ethan and Adam have always been helpful when I have problems with my computer. Today, Adam was very helpful printing an email for me. In five minutes he printed an email with all attachments.All morning I stressed to get it printed. Adam was courteous and knew exactly what to do.Adam, Thank you.
