Prices on housewares, knick knacks, glassware, etc. are outrageous - priced like an antique store rather than thrift store prices. I would say hard good prices have tripled since I first visited this store 2 years ago. Clothing and other soft goods are bargain priced, though. And staff is super friendly and helpful.

Almost always a good selection of stuff like used books, DVD's, and toys.

We used to go to this thrift store all the time, but not anymore. They changed the manager here (a WHILE back), and ever since the prices have gone up and up. Used to be able to get almost all the clothes (minus new with tags or higher end brands) for $1/piece. Everything is so overpriced now. Yes, it's for charity, but a thrift store shouldn't be gouging. The volunteers I've encountered are sweet and kind, but the management has changed and not for the better. We used to donate all our things here instead of having a garage sale; we now go to New Beginnings and donate there. If you want to help their rescues, donate food and other items to their facility, NOT their thrift store.Gave 2 stars because we adopted our dog from there back in 2009 and have taken a couple of lost dogs to them for rescue. But their thrift store is NOT a thrift store anymore; more like a high priced garage sale. There are plenty of other thrift stores in Clermont that are offering better prices while still helping a good cause.

It's kind of ridiculous that this place wants to charge as much or more for a used item as a brand new item. Their prices are outrageous. Whoever is managing this place should be fired as they obviously don't understand how a Thrift Shop is supposed to be run. I donated something to these folks for free and they put it on the shelf for 4x what I paid for it used. When I asked for a discount on an item that was obviously overpriced they said they could not do anything about it even when I tried to show them that it was cheaper new. Absolute ripoff.

Have always loved this place. I moved to Clermont in 1992 and have loved coming to this thrift ship since we found it way back when. It feels more like a boutique than it does a thrift store as the store is separated into unique spaces. One of the areas is nice high-end items. The staff is always sweet and helpful. We've found many treasures over the years as well as handy household items that kept us from having to run to the big corporate stores. It makes me happy that the money raised from the sale of goods is going to a good cause. Our dog Lily (formally known as Blanche) was adopted from the South Lake Animal Shelter and she is a gift. We recently lost her brother to age and we were happy to know whe could donate his unused and very expensive canned prescription dog food which made me happy. Thanks for all that your Team does. Keep up the great work.Todd

First time coming here, it's a cute little thrift store that has good items for a great cause. More so on my visit, the store was quite small and the selection was quite minimal since the store was more "nic nacs" than useful items. Friendly lady at the front door too. Really quiet place as well.

There is no reason to lie in this review.RACIST LADY. My wife and I went to drop off some items. Alwas dropped them as a walk-in without appointment. We didn't know. When I told her about it, she responded by saying she had been there for two years and that it had never happened. So I'm the liar here.My wife was born and raised in this country. She told my wife she didn't understand her accent (I'm the one with the accent, not her). And no, she wasn't talking to me at that moment. I have always ignored racist comments or situations and never used the race card.As a disable veteran who paid with pain, sweat, and lost part of my mental sanity so she can sleep warm at night, this one hit me.If you're not Caucasian, don't go there. Go to Goodwill or somewhere else.

Super nice volunteers donating their time to help the dogs and cats. A nice variety of items, even some antiques in the back room and everything is clean- clothes all in great condition. Prices much better than GW.

The cause alone makes this store great! The staff were friendly and informative. That's more than enough for me. I will donate to this store and shop at this store.

This place is OVERPRICED. Back then the workers were very nice and I think it’s under new management not sure when that NEW someone took over.

Stuff is way overpriced. Seems like the owner will respond and say "well it's for a good cause." But fundraisers should be a two way street of value. Otherwise we may as well donate directly.
