After one week of having nails put on, three have come off. I told Jenny what I wanted and due to her talking nonstop on her phone she gave me opposite of what I asked for. She claims to be a Christian and says she will give you the best nails because that’s what God wants well I’m sorry to tell you you did not give me the nails I asked for. It’s a shame you pay that much and a week later nails are horrible. I will never waste my time with you again. By the way you said Brandon can do my nails because he’s good at designs he didn’t even know what a Shamrock was to put on my nail. Never again. Waste of time and money.Services: Acrylic nails

I'll start with I planned poorly for this vacation by not getting my nails done at home before coming to FL. I also made the assumption that getting nails done FL would be a much better experience than at home. I shouldn't have made that assumption. I took the risk of going to the nail salon in Walmart. The nice lady doing my nails was such a joy. She was wonderful. We talked about Jesus and the Bible and that was much needed. The skill set wasn't there and the cost was more than I would have paid at home. For a manicure/ pedicure it was $80, gel paint. Picture is the finished product. It is what it is. I'd come back just talk and fellowship but I wouldn't come back for the service.

Woman who did my nails preached and prayed throughout the procedure. Very unprofessional. The nail polish was uninform and poorly applied. I will not return.Service: Acrylic nails

I got a pedicure from Jenny in the Walmart Regal Nails and she talked the whole time very loudly to her coworker. Oftentimes when I go for pedis I’m by myself but I wasn’t this time and it was to the point that I couldn’t even hold a conversation with my friend who I sat right next to! In addition to this, I got the basic pedi and it took over an hour and the service itself was terrible! She cut the callouses from my feet prior to using the normal instrument so I was left with ridges, failed to get all of the dead skin from my cuticles and the color selection was terrible!! My advice would be to avoid this salon altogether because you’ll be forced to deal with her loud rudeness regardless but if you must go there, DEFINITELY DON’T get services from Jenny!!Service: Pedicure

I don't use this salon my daughter does for her eyebrows. They did great eyebrows but unfortunately the girl she used had left the salon. But do have protocol in place for the virus.

My sister and I recently went to another salon in Clermont that did a horrible job on our nails. We made an appointment with Jenny after hearing she’s one of the best nail techs in town. She was able to easily fix our nails and made them look amazing. We loved the transformation and will always return to regal nails to do our nails. We were impressed with how clean the salon is and their efforts to keep the salon safe during COVID.

Went today with a picture of what I wanted; showed the nail tech twice.
She was very abrasive, and rough cutting my cuticles with the dremal to the point of discomfort hours later.
My nails were not perfectly clean; making comments about them to her coworker; I work in a factory. And she used tips to clean out from under them and then PUT THE TIPS BACK INTO THE CASE. None of my nails are the shape I requested, and when she would ask if they were okay I asked nicely for the point to Sharp, not be rounded.
She made me hit my thumbs on the UV machine when she would put my hands in for my nails to dry. Then got irritated with me for it after I apologized several times. My gel coat has so many bubbles. Nails are thick and thin and uneven. $40 plus a $6 tip IS NOT WORTH THIS. I want my money back!!!!!!!! I would have complained but it literally would have done nothing.
