Angel was a great help! We went in to get myself a truck and also ended up trading my wife's car in for a new rogue. My wife and I both left with great cars and we are very happy with our decisions. We received great hospitality from everyone there, and the service we received from Angel was top notch.

So this is going to be a long one. But for starters everything is as of 9-11-24. First off this dealership has vehicles listed Wrong on their website. I went to check out a 2019 Tesla model 3 “Long Range” that in fact was NOT a long range model but instead standard range. Which is a huge difference in value.
Secondly I suggest anyone looking to buy a used EV from this place to look elsewhere. First off when I called and spoke to Roberto on the phone he mentioned the listed price online was WITHOUT the IRS tax credit as it should be! Not everyone qualifies so listing it for $4k cheaper isn’t moral or appropriate.
After getting in the store and test driving multiple teslas which were not the ones I went there for due to false advertising I was told that online prices do in face include the IRS rebate… typical bait & switch. I’m sure this dealership would love to hear from my lawyer.
I’m a very forgiving and typically try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But completely lying to your customers, bait & switch, and false advertising are all three reason people hate car dealerships.

Malik was our initial contact and he was such a gentleman, He really made us feel welcome. He introduced us to our vehicle of interest and then proceeded to introduce us to our saleswoman- Dalymar. She was exceptional. She understood my and my boyfriend’s wants and needs for our vehicle. She was determined to teach us everything we needed to know and showed us each car we were interested in. She understood her products and her level of hospitality was top tier. Although we did not leave with a vehicle, I definitely would recommend this dealership because of herself and Malik’s professionalism and attention to the customer. We will be on the look out for your dealerships inventory prior to anyone else because of their excellent service. Thank you Dalymar and Malik!!!

The worst they only want the money they don't care if the cars are already messed up, you take it home, and a month later the transmission breaks and a lot more things breaks down. I was so happy for my truck because I was having trouble with my other car that I bought cash, but they are really a disappointment.
