I have never had a good experience coming to Quest. I have to come once a month for bloodwork and it always is a problem. Last month I came here and had an appointment at noon. By 1pm, I was told I wouldn't be seen until at least 3pm. This month I came early to my appointment and one of the nurses came running out the door and loudly yells that even if you check in early you won't be seen until your appointment time. Respectfully, calm down. Also, everyone is always sick in the lobby

Can’t share experience as a client but for medical professionals, the lab drop off is great. Thank you for your help & friendly attitude for the drop offs, Alex & Crystal (Krystal?). Much appreciated in making the process easy.

Made appt on line was quick and easy. Was called back quickly by phlebotomy tech. Lady in room 3 was great. My veins are usually deep and hard to find but she had no issues, one poke and it was going fine. Great experience for blood work.

I made an appointment ahead of time. Easy check-in, and I was called back promptly. My tech was courteous, professional, and did not hurt me with the needle prick. Excellent experience. Thank you!

This is my default testing location. Been there 3-4 times. Easy to make an appointment. Easy to change it. Easy to get in and out. The screens tell you where you are on the list. You can preload your insurance information and check in via text.Folks are nice, fast, efficient. I was honestly surprised by the negative reviews. Made me double clutch. But I’ve been there enough times to know they have this place running smoothly. Will return.

Made an appointment and when I arrived it couldn't be found in their system. I went ahead and checked in because they say they take walk ins. After waiting an hour not one person on the walk in list had been called. If you say you take walk ins you should work them in or DONT take them! I'm never going back to Quest. I will now go to Lab Corp...faster service and they actually have a person you can talk to!

The technician was WONDERFUL. The check-in process was great. I arrived 45 minutes before my appointed time and they were able to see me right away!But the back office, like so many other Florida businesses (car dealers, dentists, etc.), is designed to take advantage of (rip off!) unsuspecting seniors. BEWARE! When booking an appointment online, the price for each test is prominently displayed. It only accepts three tests, even though the doctor ordered five. So out of an abundance of caution, I entered both my insurance info and credit card info. The tech told me I was due a refund and gave me a number to call. When I called, I was given a refund for "everything except the $20 fee." I asked what the fee was for. She said, "for ordering services and then not getting them." Huh? I did get them, and Quest is being paid for them. Why am I being charged a fee? Because they can!LabCorp here I come (next time). I hope your practices are more ethical.

Don’t even bother with walk ins they will ignore you until you leave. They will keep you in for hours even if the lobby is empty.Honestly the worse experience I’ve ever had lab corp has better customer service.

Waiting room is always busy. I can't imagine trying to go without an appointment. The girl who stuck me the first time blew my vein. Then she passed me to Alexandria. Alexandria was absolutely wonderful. She did it so quick and easy it was amazing. Every time I get a blood draw I always warn the person how every one has the worst time trying to do it. I'm not sure what quest is paying her but it's not enough.

This is the dirtiest, most outdated and run down Quest Diagnostics I have ever been to. I ended up canceling my appointment and went to another location. This location desperately needs some attention.

Getting your blood drawn is scary and stressful enough, what helps is having a great lab tech. I used to get my labs done at the other Clermont location until my favorite tech Melissa came to this location, of course I was switching. Melissa finds the best spot to draw from, she makes it less stressful and helps to put my mind at ease each time. A good tip would be to drink at least 1-2 bottles of water an hour before and leading up to your blood draw appt, it helps make it easier to find your best vein, a little heating pad on the area helps too. Melissa is the best!!

DISGUSTING! The woman taking my daughter in laws bloodwork cut open a hole on her finger part of her glove with her MOUTH! And then proceeded to still take blood from her! Do not go here

Not sure why this location gets such negative reviews. I made an appointment, checked in at the kiosk (which was very easy to do), waited about 20 mins for my name to be called, was greeted by the amazing Michelle who took great care of me and made sure it was a seamless experience and I was out the door and on my way. Great location and will come back again if I need more lab work done.

Horrible service... Arbury the phlebotomist said she was short of butterflies needles... and needed to keep some for later for her other appointments... sooo what I'm I? Not worthy? And the attitude... young and immature.
