Valentina was my technician for scheduled lab tests. She was friendly, polite and professional. She has excellent skill in drawing blood specimens. I usually get large bruises when I get my blood drawn but I did not with her skills.

Had an appointment for 1:30, walked in the door at 1:25 and signed in. The waiting area was full so I chose the option to receive a text when it was my turn. Now I’ve waited close to an hour before being seen so I waited in my car till about 2:30 when I walked. I waited till the next nurse came out and I mentioned I had an appointment for 1:30 and all I got was, “the texts fail sometimes.” So I had to sign in as a walk-in, in which case it was too late and it wouldn’t let me. I also fasted for more than 12 hours according to my instructions so really not feeling great on top of all this. If this location wasn’t so close to me I would go somewhere else. Truly unprofessional, very poor customer service, but now I know not to choose text messages bc apparently they don’t work ?

I recently had my blood drawn, and the staff's handling was excessively rough. I've had my blood tested many times before, but I've never experienced this level of discomfort or developed a bruise that has lasted for three days and is still visible. If given the choice, I would definitely seek another place for testing.

I am sorry to say that this place that I go to frequently has some staff that do not know how to handle customer service. Mrs. Dayan does not know how to handle elderly people. She did not have the best attitude and was somewhat in a hurry when serving us. Since she could not find the order of the tests in the system, the only solution she gave us was to make a new appointment regardless of our time. She was quite rude to my mother, a 76-year-old woman. She literally told us that she only gets paid to draw blood! I recommend that they take care of training their staff to improve their customer service. I thank the other girls at this place who ended up helping us.

Very bad attention, the person who took my blood did it completely abruptly and without any care or respect, it left my arm sore and gave me a super big bruise. I do not recommend them at all and if my arm continues to swell I will seek medical assistance regarding it.

Scheduled an appointment, received a text to check in. Checked in via text, walked to the entrance and found a "sorry we're closed" sign on the door. Why send me a check-in text if you're closed? How about notifying people that you're closed?

I have used this location twice. The first time was fine, no issues. Today I went for a 12:40 appointment. Waiting room was beyond full. There was about 8 seats, and 15 people in there. Very tight space. The tv showed 30 people ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes and only 4 people were called back. 2 people were working. While I waited I made an appointment somewhere else. No option to cancel the appointment since there is no front desk. The website wouldn’t let me since I checked in. I just walked out. It’s probably hit or miss at this location.

Staff here does not listen and are quick to be rude. I made a walk in appointment at 9am for 11am. I asked them if I could go and come back and they told me to wait in case they didn’t have anybody. Then the story changed to that if they have stuff to do and people come then they can’t take you. So you should have let me go earlier so I could get other things done. I understand I’m a walk in but if I could come back then just say that. Horrible place.

Will make appts that they CANNOT KEEP. 14 people in this tiny waiting room. Some people have been waiting over 40 min. With appt. 15ish people have left in the last half hour because they could not wait. 19 people now. I can't breathe. Not enough cooling or ventilation.
It took me almost an hour to get poked. The waiting room is even more packed. The people who work here are great, WHEN YOU GET TO SEE THEM. The system seems to be totally broken.

I was seen quickly. Check in was easy as I just had to text from my car. Christine was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get the blood sample on the first try which is great because I have very small veins and it is extremely difficult to get a sample from me.

This Quest location should be closed and employees fired. They provide horrible customer service. I was standing at the door since 5:30am, the first one to check, no one had arrived and they didn't make me come in to take my test because my appointment said 2pm. I understand the appointment system but by God I'm fasting since 7pm the previous day there was no one arriving. Employees waited for people with appointments from 6am onwards to arrive before they began serving. And this review especially for the employee who encouraged me herself to give them the bad review on Google. There was no interest in helping me take my test even when there are 3-4 employees inside and only me and the person at 6:10am operating. I hope they get fired and learn that their jobs depend on the people they deal with. I feel horrible, it is clear that for these people the patient has no importance. And you're the one who arrived late with the Coca-Cola in your hand. You should be ashamed. There were 3 patients already in the hospital when you arrived, with what morals do you go out and explain anything if you can't get to work on time on Monday. Very unpleasant experience. None of the employees had even a small disposition. In which I can be cared for. Horrible place, horrible experience for such an early Monday morning. I ask the owner of this place to evaluate all his staff and the service they are providing. It seems that the employees have no problem with this place having bad ratings on Google. They should be ashamed of the type of review they have, and let the patients go without being attended to even if they have an appointment.

I hope you really take my opinion into account because until now I have not had a pleasant experience with you except the day I went to this last appointment where I was attended to by a very kind, respectful and very courteous person, but this does not take away all the bad things that I have experimented with this laboratory where people do not have access to any information either by telephone or in person, they forget that there are older people who do not know how to use technology and it is difficult for these people to use their system, because of these things if someone finds me Question: Where can you go to have laboratories done? I would never recommend it to you. If there is another alternative, I would tell you to go to another LABORATORY, but lastly it would be with you until you humanize yourself and understand that no matter how much you want to use technology, there is always people who do not know how to use technology, unfortunately I cannot use the other option that I know of because it is not within the benefits of my policy but the truth is that I would not like to have to go to their offices where it is too difficult for me to access prior information during and after
