ok, so Cody, "the manager" is very disrespectful. after experiencing shopping, I noticed none of the floor staff were friendly and most of all not talkative, looking like zombies. The enite floor staff literally were working SHOWING THIER PERSONAL BACKGROUND LIFE WRITTEN ALL OVER THIER FACE. Not ok, made me feel unsafe. Cody was up front and I told him about this(what I just described above) and he told me to get lost. unacceptable. I mean especially at this publix. come on, really?????? I ask for the phone number for the store from several employees and they didn't know it, so what happens when they call in sick or there is an emergency, how do the employees not know the phone number to the store they work at/for.??? Anyways I hope you get the point. don't visit this store.
P.S. there is always drama in the parking lot.

Everytime I come here there is an issue picking up my prescription. I called recently for a refill and they told me it would be ready in an hour. I drove to the pharmacy and they were slightly rude with me (insinuating I was trying to get my prescription earlier than allowed, but the truth is I was picking up a week late!) telling me I had to come back the next day because it wasn’t filled yet. I’ve never had a problem like this at other pharmacies. I will be switching locations for my next refill. Also I suggest asking for a pharmacist if you are on the phone with a technician.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. This location is across from the Citrus Tower. It is clean and located in a shopping plaza, so parking is not an issue. It has a good vibe and I enjoyed my time shopping here. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

This is my go-to Publix location. They usually have the items I need in stock. Wish they had more $5 sushi Weds choices though. This store is bright and clean. It seems they open a Publix on every corner these days but I guess you could say it's for a reason. They must be doing something right in order to open up so many stores. If you don't already have the mobile app, you need to get it. It makes life easier. You can place orders for the Deli and pick it up as soon as 30 minutes after placing the order. Sliced Deli meats, cheese, hot Deli items, platters and subs can all be ordered through the app. When you check out, you can use the pay function in the app and set it up so a receipt printout is not needed. All your receipts are digitized and easy to pull up later. There are also digital coupons on the app that you can add to your digital shopping list. These auto apply during checkout. Yes, I realize this review is turning more into a review on the app but it does make your shopping experience so much better. The Winn Dixie app doesn't come close. They are always busy but offer multiple ways to checkout. I prefer the self checkout lanes using the mobile app pay function. Self checkout is very easy to use if you haven't tried it out yet. If you have any trouble, someone is always nearby to assist.

I switched from Walgreens on South St. Leesburg to Publix on 14th St. I'm so glad I did. My meds are always on time.?

Every time u go to the deli there is always a line and one person working . Then u see like 3 managers just standing around doing nothing . They need to staff the deli with more people . And online orders are no faster .

Prices at Publix continue to be WAY TOO HIGH. I bought two potatoes, a small bag of cat food, broccoli, a small container of sour cream, 8 oz. of cheese and an oven roasted chicken from the deli. $41. That’s outrageous!!! I’m switching to Kroger delivery. I can save almost 20%.

Everytime I order subs through their app, they get it right. Today, Barbara in the deli even left me a voicemail to let me know they were out of bread and that she was going to be going over to the bakery section to get some fresh loaves to fill my order. Great service. Costs a little more than other places but they're gonna do it right everytime.

We ordered a bunch of platters for dinner for our wedding. A little over $1000 got us five chicken tenders platters, five sandwich platters, three wrap platters, a veggie and a fruit platter, and a handful of different appetizer platters. There was more than enough food for out 85-or so guests and we had plenty of leftovers for the following week. The food tasted great. It was easy to pickup. Overall a very stress-free choice for our wedding food.

Absolutely ridiculous and painstakingly slow. Dropped off a prescription, told it would be an hour. Called after the hour, they told me it would be another hour. Tried calling again, and no one answered.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I was told 3 different prices for the medicine my daughter needs . And it took 2 days for them to have it ready . Absolutely terrible .

I've become increasingly unhappy with Publix service over the last few years. Mostly in the deli and checkout. Today, one person was waiting on people at the deli in the store and 5 others were doing internet orders (according to the one). Then while checking out, the service person bagging my groceries abruptly stopped bagging and announced that she had an Instacart order and would be leaving midway through checking out. High prices and bad service soon drives customers to other sources.

Never fails . Every time I go to the seafood area . The lady in charge see me & walk away from the station. When I come back later , there is NEVER anything ready . So I come after 0900 & they never have any clams . When they do , she charge me cherry neck priced for the little necks .
