    I had an appointment scheduled and I was informed that the employee who scheduled it works at a different location now. I was left waiting for 30 minutes and no one ever helped me. I would recommend implementing an organizational system and reviewing appointments in advance.

    Kevin needs to call me from Clermont. One clerk in Dec???? Drive thru packed and 10 people in line 20 minute wait. Worst in 15 years
