Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the man that helped me, but he made a HUGE difference in my day. The UHaul network services for the area was down making it so I was unable to pick up the UHaul I rented at this location. Despite the fact that he couldn't fix this issue (it was a UHaul company related issue), he sat and kept trying to register me in the UHaul server for almost an hour so I could take the rented truck which I REALLY needed that day. Moving is such a stressful event, especially for a 1st time move, but he kept trying to help until it worked. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful that someone was willing to fight with the downed UHaul network for an hour just so I could pick up my rental. So thank you to the amazing people who work here! The staff went above and beyond and definitely deserve recognition!

Julio was Amazing, he was able to help me pick out the right sized truck for what I needed to move. He explained everything about the truck, pricing and the whole process. It was my first time renting a U-Haul and he made it seamless. A+ service and A+ attitude
