I came in 11/6 Saturday with my family to look and purchase of a car. I really liked the 2022 nissan kicks they had. When we test drove it there was a light on the dashboard a triangle with an exclamation mark. We were told it was something that it could be fixed at the service center, they also informed me that the vehicle had been involved in an accident with the previous owner but all problems had been fixed, so we moved forward with purchase. On 11/6 we finished the purchase of the vehicle around 230p, I was told that they are busy at service center and it could take longer and there center is closed on Sundays which means I would have to wait Monday or Tuesday. (my thing is if someone is coming to purchase a car you would think the car would be ready on the lot or the car would be somewhat first priority to be checked). Also I don't live in the area I live in south Florida. They provided me with a rental car. On Monday 11/8 AFTER asking for the status of the vehicle (nobody proactively gave updates), they told me the car was ready and the issue was a tail light that was out (something so simple that could've checked the same day..) . When I got the car 11/8 everything seemed fine. On 11/9 before work I tried starting my car twice didn't turn on, the third time it did but with all the lights on the dashboard. I restarted the car again and it was normal. On 11/10 the same thing happened, on 11/11 I took it to my local Nissan in Coral Springs, they informed me that the problems on the car is sensor related and the price to fix start at 3k and that was just one of the issues. I informed reed nissan and they basically said they can undo the deal and have a transport come pick up the car. This is unbelievable!! No offer to fix the issues or possibly look into a swap of another car and no offer for a rental car til I found something else. I looked on their website on Monday 11/15 the car is back on the website ready to be sold! Definitely shady and waste of time. It's the fact that they let me take this car when it was definitely unsafe! Then I didn't get my refund until 1/24. So 2 weeks without a vehicle and I have to restart my search. I have lost all faith in Nissan's.

if I could give 0 stars I would. Hated the entire process of car buying. Customer service is nonexistent, was on hold, transferred, dropped, and transferred to lines that weren't being used before getting to 2 "managers" who wanted to gaslight me and was told repeatedly "ma'am gave common sense." All I need is a key they promised me. no where can they state a policy or time window and because the sales associate left 2 months after our purchase, it's no longer "Nissan's problem" they have my whole file in front of them but still telling me they absolutely will not issue a programmed key. HORRIFIC.

When I first bought my car there and I told him I didn't want the additional warranty, they said no problem. When I went to sign the paperwork, the warranty was on there and they hoped I wouldn't notice. Now every time I go back there for service, there is always some kind of problem. Long waits for simple things like an oil change. Make an appointment in advance online and show up 10 minutes early only to be told that we may not be able to get to it for another two hours. Then come back 10 minutes later and say we will not be able to get to it until Monday. If you don't have the humanpower to complete your appointments, then don't put appointment spots on your website.

April 2023, we took our 2013 Nissan Sentra in for service at Reed Nissan of Clermont in preparation for a road trip. A tire rotation and oil change were performed on the vehicle, and several major components were marked as safe during their complimentary inspection. We planned our road trip after this visit, feeling confident and safe since all the key components of our car we noted in good condition and needed no attention. Over these last few months, we have learned what shoddy service we were given when the ball joint broke off at the beginning of June. We certainly would not have gone on this trip had we known the actual inspection process is not what you think it would be a professional service department. Here is my list of complaints based on the service we were given: 1. What type of check is done when inspecting the suspension such as Tie Rods and Ball Joints? ⁃ If a proper inspection was done when the car was in for service in April, the Tie Rods and Ball Joints should have been marked as critical items that needed attention. The condition that they are currently in absolutely did not happen between the date of our service and when the part broke. Obviously, these were not inspected at all and simply checked off as ok. The Ball Joint failed and could have caused a serious accident resulting in vehicle damage or even personal injury. Does Reed Nissan take the customer's safety seriously? This is extremely disappointing considering what the outcome could have been. How could the technician not have suggested/recommended replacing these parts if they indeed inspected them? 2. The oil dipstick was not replaced after the service in April. This was not noticed until the recent issue when the Ball Joint failed. We opened the hood when initially trying to find out what happened and noticed that there was no oil dipstick in place. There was no other service done to the car since it was at Reed Nissan in Clermont. We as the customer should not have to verify that everything was replaced after having maintenance done by a certified mechanic. 3. Why was the exhaust system marked as good? ⁃ The exhaust system on this car is obviously in need of repair. The exhaust system is rusty and clearly has a leak that creates a higher noise level, which should have been noticed at the time of inspection. The exhaust leak was a known issue but for the technician to not even acknowledge it makes me question the attention to detail and ability to properly perform their job correctly. 4.The technician(s) for the visit in question should be retrained. ⁃ How can so many issues be missed that should be easily identifiable by the service technician? Is Reed Nissan of Clermont simply trying to push as many vehicles as possible through their service center, with no regards to accurately diagnosing and suggesting needed services and conveying to the customer the seriousness of critical components that need replaced? The most serious complaint is about the ball joint breaking apart. When the ball joint broke, I was backing out of a parking space, and this caused the control arm to fall into the back of the wheel. This caused the car to be undriveable and had to be towed. The tow truck driver told us if this happened on the highway, I could very easily have ended up in a fatal crash or, at minimum, a serious accident. This has made me completely lose my trust that services are properly performed at this location. We did call the Nissan consumer affairs phone number to voice our complaints. They assured us the dealer would be in contact with us by the end of the next business day. This did not happen, and we made several attempts to contact the dealer ourselves. We were finally contacted by the service supervisor Jackie. We voiced our concerns about the inspection process. She stated the "express service people" are not actually trained to inspect certain components. After pointing out that they still provided a service inspection despite apparently not being trained, Jackie commented "That is a great point. This is a le

Monday I went to Reed Nissan to test drive a Nissan Altima advertised for 9991.00 when I arrived to my appointment after driving an hour and I let the salesperson know I was driving that distance before I left. Long story short after a few minute he came back and told me the had been sold. Then he went on to let me know they had similar cars still available. Well I had performed some home work and there was advertised the same model and year but a different color. I asked about that and he said it turned out several cars were going to the auction. However he had some available but art a higher cost and not on discount. Two days later I called on another phone Spoke to Bishop and I asked about the same car. Oddly enough he knew the sale discount price and asked if I would like to test drive it. He verified it was on the lot and wanted to know when I could come in to test drive it. He verified they are unscrupulous liars trying to bait and switch. Reed Nissan is a dishonest dealership as far as I am concerned and should be avoided. Liars

The worst car experience ever aside from the lack of professionalism from the manager they need training in customer service and honesty. They have made us lose 3 days telling us they have a car and they don't. DONT EVER BUY HERE!

I will say the customer service rep that handles the liaison part of a visit is very smooth and very likable. However, there's nothing else about this establishment that I could say, is even the least bit worth talking about. They examined my car 3 to 4 hours after my appointment only to tell me that it needed thousands of dollars of repair and it's a relatively new car no explanation no pictures nobody showing me anything on any level I would never go back for any reason. I did find out that apparently one person called out sick and another. Had to do continuing education. Do you think they think about that when they booked appointments at least the secondary.

Predatory lending practices, fuzzy math and zero conscience. Don't step foot in the place - they will lie and cheat everyone they come in contact with. They frauded our mother- convinced her to sign documents she legally cannot, as she has a comprehensive Power of Attorney in effect. Shes frail, 86 years old, with dementia and end stage emphysema. 15 seconds with her and you know she's incompetent. She thought the jump drive with all the 'deal' documents on it needed plugged into the car to make it run. They didn't care. They took full advantage of her and had her sign a deal where she was to pay $38,800 for a car with a blue book value of $12,345. These thieves are clearly desperate to sign the most profitable (for them) deals. No morals.

Do not buy a car from this group of criminals. They sold my 85 year old mother (who is on hospice with end stage emphysema and dementia) a 2020 Chevrolet Spark with 50k miles on it for $16k. Then charged her another $2944 for a warranty plan and another $1056 for a GAP plan. Then they got her to finance it with Ally Financial at 20% APR. She receives $1371/month SSI and her car payment is almost $500. My sister tried to resolve the matter by phone and they will not put anyone in management on the line. They had some rude individual named Rahaf get on and tell us they won't speak to us until we present our POA in person. I already filed a elder fraud complaint against Jordan Graham who I think was the salesperson with the state. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

This dealership totally ripped off my daughter while purchasing a car from them. she told them that she only wanted gap insurance and they said ok. they also never gave her a copy of her documents she signed. These were signed a a large table top computer as the F&I guy scanned though them so fast telling her where to sign. she again said she only wanted gap insurance and when finished signing she never got a copy of her loan docs and they told her the bank would send her all her loan papers. After further looking into this is a common problem and goes against truth and lending. If you or your loved ones have been scammed by these crooks send me an email to
[email protected] and the attorney I spoke said this is the grounds for a truth in lending law sui.

Don't shop here. I just bought a 2016 Kia Soul from here yesterday and with an open recall from 2019 on it. When I asked about inspections and the recall showing on the carfax. I was told the car has been completely inspected and the recall been taken care of. My insurance company says it's still open recall. I've called now 3 times and been cold transferred to voicemails with no sales manger answering. The 4th call Valarie or someone hung up on me. They say to take it too. Kia dealer to deal with the recall STAY AWAY Reed Nissan of Clermont.

Zero stars! My 15 yo car wirh over 260k miles has been in this shopt since Dec 29, after being towed in for overheating. They said I need a radiator and 2 thermostats. Then then tell me I need a new engine and spark plugs. After 3 weeks, I was told my car is safe to drive. I paid them an obscene amount of money. I drove it home, but during my drive home, I felt 3 different hesitations. Next day, I drove it 7 miles before I was experiencing the same issue i did 3 weeks prior and pratocally got stranded, only able to go 10 mph on hwy 50, but was able to drive into shop. I was told things here misfiring. They gave me one of their cars to use (versus a rental I had first time). However, not only did they 'fix the misfiring, but now they tell me I need a new catalytic converter. Mind you, in the Fall, I had a diagnostic test performed where it showed I needed a new transmission, rear breaks, power steering and a few other little things. It did NOT show any of the before mentioned items in this message. Wouldn't you think it would show these major big items were going to need to be replaced when thr little items show up? And at what point would there be an honest person to tell this single woman that my money should be going towards a new vehicle, not my old girl. 2 weeks ago I received a text stating that my car is riding well, but as a courtesy, they will replace the spark plugs (i already paid for new spark plugs several weeks ago. Why would I need new ones to replace new ones? Or did they not replace them initially, but told me they did and charged me for it...same text said they will give me new ignition coils along with the spark plugs. There are so many things wrong with this entire. Situation. I asked to speak with District Manager or higher and I haven't heard back from anyone. It had been 2 weeks. Now the Consumer Affaira Dept states they can't help me because this dealership is privately owned. WHAT?? Also important to note, that in the 4th week of their having my car, the sales dept called me, trying to sell me a vehicle. The whole outfit is a joke! They still have my vehicle, I have their vehicle and no one from Nissan has called me.

I was skeptical from all the diverse reviews. but I read where they were quicky correcting the critics. they were my only choice as other dealers claimed they were the only ones to work on nv200s. ??? But I found it to be a blessing in disguise as they were the best ever! Jose my manager was attentive and perfect in handling my situation. Felix, the shuttle driver went way out and beyond when it seemed impossible to me, to make me comfortable and get back to pick up my van. {I was in Orlando and a long ways from Clermont.} These guys were so good I felt good about breaking down :] If that's even possible.

Once again....been here for 6 hrs and still not done. They don't even have a rental so I can get home ! I would in a New York minute sale, trade my car if it meant I would not have to ever come here again. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase from Reed Nissan. Sad part is, no one cares here.
