My boyfriend and I visited on 10/14 around 1430. When we walked in we weren’t greeted at all. We waited about 5 mins for the lady at the front desk to finish up with customers. A lady inquiring about a membership walked up to the desk as she finished up the other customers and instead of telling the lady that my boyfriend and I had been patiently waiting she decided to help her. Which was extremely rude. My boyfriend & I decided to give ourselves a tour since the staff was too busy… as we were leaving, the front desk employee told everyone bye except us. Didn’t even ask us if we had questions. Made me question if she just didn’t like black people. I was really interested in a membership but there was not one employee in the whole building that said a word to us. Which didn’t give us a warm welcoming feeling at all. I’m extremely disappointed in this gym.

Very clean and well-maintained. Tons of classes to choose from and instructors are super friendly. Open swimming is fantastic.

Love the rehab center. Every employee I have dealt with has been great. The ladies at the rehab desk are always helpful.

Thank you for being one of the only pools that embraces the sport of water polo. The facility is amazing and my family has only been treated so kindly in the gym, pool, and fields. The team is helpful and kind.

Good gym with a good equipment and a nice pool. My only complaint is that, for the price you pay, I wish they were open later on the weekends (they currently close at 5pm on Sat/Sun)

This is a hidden treasure in Clermont with some of the best trainers. Elgin is very knowledgeable, caring and a professional in rehabilitation after complete knee replacement. The pool is a great place to train as well. Everyone here is friendly and helpful!! Very clean and offer great classes too!!

This is an excellent gym and pool facility. I have been a member since July 2019 and would recommend this as a choice to anyone looking to begin a workout routine. You will find a very diverse group of people and great hours, great staff and a great facility!

Really disappointed in some areas of this facility... The " Supervisor" Micheal has a I don't care attitude and over heard him say some vulgar words to other people that were working out. Seen him on his phone while cleaning multiple times, the equipment was very dirty, greasy and floors were covered in debris and just walks past all of it while on the phone. I would be careful on what you touch in this place. I have already talked to head manager and she did nothing! They need a new supervisor or management or something. Go at your own risk! I will be reaching out to the ceo Christopher Schultheis asap

I love my gym but can only provide opinion for the services I use. I workout weekday mornings. The gym is never crowded. The outdoor pool is fantastic. All the spaces in the women's locker room (bathroom, changing area, showers, and lockers) are well lit and super clean. The workout spaces are also well laid out with sections for cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, trx (wall straps), and floor space for stretches. All the spaces are clean and have a good constant supply of cleaning towels for wiping equipment. I personally appreciate the water fountain with the water bottle fill Station.

All the pool staff is amazing but wanted to thank Tyler for assisting us when one of our divers lost her necklace with her grandmother’s wedding ring on it. Tyler went out of his way and with his help, we were able to find it!

Tyler the lifeguard went above and beyond his duties helping us find one of our diver's necklace that broke after hours. On the necklace was her grandmother's wedding ring and we found it with Tyler's help! Thank you!

This is my very favorite place on this rock to get a workout, I far prefer it to my home gym! It is one of the reasons I wish I were a resident of Clermont! I used to go whenever we were in town visiting but had not been since before the pandemic due to health concerns. When I stepped back in it was if no time had passed, it is still the same happy place I remember! I love the gym because it looks out on the pool and rolling landscape beyond, in addition you can find people of all ages and abilities using this gym. There is a kid’s club for parents who need it and everyone who takes care of the kids in there is just delightful. The weights are well organized and the facilities are clean. The pool area is amazing and caters to athletes as well as people who aren’t as serious about swimming but enjoy it. I especially love the zero entry area for people who need it for access as well as small kids.I would be remiss to not mention the front desk staff and especially Chris who is so personable and kind and made us feel so welcome and comfortable after not being there for some time due to the pandemic. He is an asset to NTC and they are so lucky to have him representing them!I could go on and on and on about NTC but I will spare you. Just go….your body and mind will thank you after!PS. Please bring back the multi pass packs for us folks who aren’t permanent residents!
