Yesterday I got a tool car and was used and damage, they gave me a discount. Today o decide to return it cause was really in bad condition. The person who received it, a young man with blue eyes, with a bad attitude, told me that it is not relevant to him whether the store loses the money or not, he still gets paid. Don't put people like that to serve your companies, because you as a company lose customers. I will never come back to this store and will tell everyone that I know never visit this store, cause It was a really bad moment for me. I don’t like anyone feel the same with that employee.

Not happy with Nappa since corporate takeover. Got rid of the knowledgeable staff. Plus rearranged entire store don't carry same items to prior.

I’ve never been a customer here, I pass this location every day on my route. I apparently had ran out of oil in my truck but my truck’s gauge didn’t notify me. Truck stalled on the road. I ended up having to pull over into their lot. Ian and the gentleman in the front came to my rescue after telling them my predicament! Thank you God! Everything happens for a reason! Please come here for your auto parts needs, I’m going to have to come back to them for my oil change and other things for my vehicle soon????

Wondering if Stephen Phillips realizes that O'Reilly sells that "Wix garbage" as their premium filter, too? Although I do have to say, now that they are corporately owned, you're luck if you can get anyone to even answer the phone. And when their manager Roger does answer, he's just going to put you on hold...

Went in to pick up some paint, guys very helpful, but kinda warm in the store
