They ask for a tip on the payment screen and literally do nothing tip worthy. They don’t pre-rinse your car, they don’t hand dry left behind water spots, literally nothing.

This review is for the Manager at this location, Gobbe. He was helpful to me and my pockets. I was charged twice for the month of July, due someone at another location creating another account under my name. The associate was suppose to downgrade a service from the Titanium to the Platinum, but instead added another account with the Platinum service. I realized that I was charged twice and Gobbe was able to diagnosis the issue and resolve it. He cancelled my second account and assured me that I will be refunded. Thank you, Manager Gobbe!

Tipping culture is out of hand. I normally tip when the staff gives out car fresheners, cleans your windows manually or does any manual labor prior to the wash.
However when your staff changes their attitude and ignores me after I decline a tip when the only thing the attendant does is grab my credit card and put it into the machine (when I can do it myself) and try to sell me a monthly subscription, I’m not tipping.
I politely declined and said “thank you” twice, to which I was given the cold shoulder.
Car wash itself is on the pricier side and have noticed scratches in my paint.

FRAUD ALERT MADE WITH BANK. This company started randomly charging me monthly. They could not find an account or anything associated with my name, email, or bank card number. I had to call the bank to report the fraud on their end. Now, I have to get a new card and set things up, costing me time and money. I don't recall ever using this place nor giving permission to take money out of my account. I would not recommend Mister Carwash as they will steal your money.
