Got my sam's S23FE from Amazon got there to make the switch from Verizon to metro, so far so good. Guy there Leo was very helpful, he did transfer all my $h!× text, pic. And even put the screen protector I bought from Amazon, explained everything. No activation fee, no hidden fee nothing. Just $40 for the payment. 100% recommended.

This has been a terrible experience. I tried to port in a number 2 days ago and they keep telling me its going to be fixed but it isnt. I went to the store, the guy installed a physical sim, and that didnt work so now i tried to call customer service, where they are trying to charge me $25 on top of what the $25 i already paid! I refuse to give this company any more of my money, and I will probably not be using them any more after this fiasco, but now my number is stuck in limbo and i cant do anything. This is outrageous. When i ported my number to a different carrier before it took an hour and it was done.
