My wife and I had an exceptional experience. Giovanni helped us sort through medium traditonal and hybrid queen mattress options. He was amazing and super knowledgeable with matching product lines and features with our sleep preferences. Superior customer service from initial survey of our likes and dislikes sttaight through through to purchase and confirming delivery. We'll definitely be back for our future mattress upgrades.

The sleep expert called Manuel in the Clermont FL location was awesome. I highly recommend him. He literally gave us sooo many discounts that we didn't see possible doing it through the website or someone else and he was very kind, very polite, very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time really explain things over and find our matress needs.

The staff were very knowledgeable and patient when it came to my indecisiveness. They educated me on the different firmness levels and materials which helped make my selecting the perfect mattress for me seem easier. It seemed harder than choosing a car, lol, but they helped me thru the process. Great people and super friendly.
