This is a long time in coming. Chris and his team did an excellent job in replacing my alternator on our Highlander. Being from Minnesota, Chris got me in, repaired the vehicle and I was back on the road. This is the best auto service I have ever experienced, fast, personable, responsive and just plain excellent. If I ever need auto service again in the Orlando area I will definitely go to Pops. I can't state enough in appreciation for what Pops did for my wife and I. Thank you very, very much.

Terrible place! The products are of bad quality, the equipment is old, and there’s no dryer. I went for the first time, and I’m never going back. There was bug remover dripping from the ceiling onto the top of my car, damaging the paint. I had to pay three times because the machine kept stopping mid-wash. The soap pressure was so low that it took me three times longer to cover the whole car with soap.

Great car wash, not too many like this around anymore. Only used a few settings but they all worked. They do accept credit card so you don’t have to bring cash and carry quarters around.

A GODSEND!!! I cannot say thank you enough to this Auto service shop. I was in town for an educational conference for a new job when my check engine light came on. I took it to them and not only did the fix it but they took my back to the conference while they did and even offered to pick me back up. I'm so incredibly thankful to them.

Love this location. Just around the corner from a lot of the resorts. We've been coming to orlando for a while and have washed here multiple times for the last five years. Love a gold old self wash to detail car after especially after 20+hours driving down here. You can't go wrong for the convenience and price $4-10 and usually go 3-4 Times during our holidays here. Dislike automatic washes they don't do a good enough job and can damage vehicle. Nothing wrong with do it yourself like this place.

Initially, I encountered a specific challenge, but after consulting with management, it became apparent that the issue was due to user error. The management team demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and patience in addressing my concerns and went above and beyond to provide comprehensive education on the purpose of the feature in question. 10/10 would recommend.

Chris diagnosed my problem. He sent me the guy for that job. He got me in and out, while doing the job right. I'm beyond happy, being that I am from Tennessee where car repairs are two/three weeks out.. they were my heros ?

Very cheap and easy to clean my car, I wish the switch worked a bit more effectively, but I have bottle sprays to make up for that, I'm able to dry my vehicle without being rushed or bothered, and if you need assistance with extra stuff such as tire shine or wax you can usually find help. Just avoid the curb, I scraped my rim on it the first time coming here ?

Great self serve car wash. Swiped my credit card, got around 6 min. For 3.50$ pressure war strong, brush was in great condition. Plenty of soap. Keep up the good work. I love to support local business.
