I almost didn't go to this location after reading these reviews. I'm so glad I decided to see for myself. It was a great experience. Receptionist was friendly and cordial. My lab tech was very friendly and kind, and listened to me when I explained I have anxiety when it comes to needles. My energy was good, their energy matched mine, and it was a perfect visit! Thank you for taking good care of me.UPDATE 2/23/24: I went in for more labs today. Another great experience. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly (good energy meets good energy). Monica drew my blood today. I told her I was anxious for the blood draw. She distracted me with conversation and did a phenomenal job! I worried for no reason at all. Thank you for making me comfortable.

Don't bother calling! They don't know how to answer a phone. You know for people who struggle to get out of their homes because of their health. It would be nice to talk to a real person before leaving the home. Thank you, NOT!!!

I wanted to take the time to let you know that Monica this LabCorp office deserves a great deal of credit for her patience and professionalism with me, as I am one of the blood givers who passes out often. Monica was gentle and accommodating, helping to ease my anxiety and getting me through the blood draw on two separate occasions. The second time I came in, a massive storm began and even with power outages and pouring rain, she remained focused and completed the process with me quickly. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and support with me.

It's funny. You read negative reviews, after you have had a truly positive experience and wonder "did we even go to the same place"? I couldn't have been more pleased. The sign in process was seamless. The receptionist was thorough and polite. And the tech was great! I didn't feel the stick. But even more so, she was sweet and personable and actually made my morning. Shame on me for not getting her name so I could mention it. I give this place a A++ rating. And I don't do reviews often. It has to be an exceptionally good (or really bad) experience

I had a very nice experience here. Both my kids came in for labwork on a Friday at 1:30p. We were in & out. The tech that took my daughter's blood was talkative and extremely nice. I can't speak of my son because I was not in the room but he said she was very nice

I was nervous with the lower rating but the people here were awesome! Opened a couple of minutes early and welcomed the line of people waiting. Kiosk checkin was easy. The lady who drew my blood was talkative and thorough. Very easy experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Early morning walk-in was fast and friendly today, even with no appointment. I've used Labcorp for many years and never had a complaint.
