“Being at the age of 70, I have dealt with quite a few different insurance companies, in my lifetime. This office understands about quality customer service as it is great service every time we have called or been in the office.
I have done my due diligence in shopping around for better insurance rates due to the skyrocketing prices all over Florida. I got the best deal from Mike Richards State farm. He is a very congenial individual and owner and very caring person. You can tell that he really cares about his clients. The agents in this office are always quick and eager to help out, in any way possible, whether on the phone or in person.
The whole staff there is amazing. Miss Ruth is always so eager to help out when she answers the phone. Whenever Belis or Shayra answer the phone, or in person even if I'm not listed as their client, they're always eager to help as much as possible. They always sound like they are so happy to hear from me. You can hear it in their voices that they are doing it with a smile on their faces.
