Was told 2022 taxes were ready. Showed up next day and found they were not completed. Had to file ammended tax return because preparer neglected to use mortgage intrest with my wife's business. Requested refund of preparation fee.Talked with office manger who refused to issue refund of prep fee's. Got nothing but double speak. Their guarantee means nothing. Do not use this office.

Very first time using a tax preparation center and I was amazed at how much easier it is and definitely worth it was going to them. I was put with Elizabeth and she was very prompt, guiding, and got the job done even with it being rush and last minute. I just wanted to praise her for her hard work.
